Derek™ Posted December 7, 2011 Share Posted December 7, 2011 Anyone who's ordered from TRL knows of the [frequent, but not guaranteed] text in the item description; THE FIRST ### ORDERS WILL RECEIVE LIMITED EDITION COLORED VINYL: [CRAZY VARIANT]. Do they remove this text when they're no longer able to distribute the colorways? Glancing back through their catalog, part of suspects this is true. But another part of me doubts that certain releases have yet to sell 300 / 500 / copies. Can anyone confirm or deny? Yeah, email them, they have always gotten back to me quickly. Last time it was for this exact question about a few titles....they had them, ordered and got color.... andi Posted December 7, 2011 Share Posted December 7, 2011 i ordered a copy of EITS - Take care ... directly from them and asked for one of the coloured variants before i purchased. they got back to me a day later, told me they still have it. i ordered it, arrived a few weeks later (shipped to germany). perfect transaction!!! great label, nice people! And I've heard such phenomenal things about the people who run it. But I actually made this thread because I've never received a response from them. Ever. I believe I've (very politely) written them with inquires four times in the past. Three of them were with variant questions, and they were never answered. (So I got the impression that e-mails of that nature simply pester them.) The last time was about canceling one order, and replacing it with an additional item. Which they took care of, immediately, albeit without a response. I'll try writing again, but given my luck with a reply, I'm not exactly holding my breath.
