mcm1610
I took a class called "Beer and Wine Appreciation". It was as fantastic as it sounds, except that it was purposely put on Tuesday evenings to avoid it simply being a pregaming fest for Thursday or Friday night. We had a class like that at my university. I opted for "Comics into Film" and "Zombies in Film and TV".

birdwell
Fuck Yeah, Muscle Shoals Sound I was in the first ever class at my college entitled "Song-Writing Seminar"....it involved a 3-day weekend campout type thing at a Summer Camp (in the spring....we we're the only ones there).....2 full drum sets were set up, Several guitar amps, a full P.A., a make-shift studio, and an asinine amount of acoustic instruments........there was also a fair amount of drugs and enough alcohol to effectively kill us all....we were told "if your song-writing process involves imbibing certain natural remedies or fermented beverages, we don't aim to hinder your process"...which turned our class retreat into a full weekend kegger.....nothing was recorded, i doubt anything was written, and hardly any playing happened. Best class I've ever taken....surprisingly enough, actually learned stuff (just not that particular weekend of the class)....I only knew 1 kid out that class going into it and I still hang out/talk to on a regular basis well over half of that class, the professor who is in charge of that class still claims that none of the classes have bonded or produced the same quality of work as us.....shit was awesome. in summation, I hope your History of Rock class kicks as much ass dude
