Don't know what that date is, but I guess they are pressing the number of pre-orders plus some extras for orders that came in before the cut-off. We are contacting you because there is an issue with the personalization(s) you specificied on your order form. We're only able to use names for the personalization line, so we're going to need you to submit a new personalization.
