soundofsulfur Posted January 23, 2013 Author Share Posted January 23, 2013 My copy just came in from Amazon. Overall it seems like a nice release. The records are a gold/orange translucent vinyl. The vinyl feels very smooth on the outside edges, compared to some other recent records that have rougher edges. Audio comes through super clear with no surface noise that I've noticed. I ordered both Bear in Heaven and Duke Ellington vinyl's, and they came in a pretty medium sized box, shaped like a square. Then inside of that another box sat on air packets. The second packaging was considered "frustration free", and it lived up to that name. Take out the two cardboard flaps and inside are two 12 inch flaps on each side holding the record still.
