He would never scam people out of something that they are entitled to. Sometimes people just go through little rough patches. I've talked to the dude several times over the past month and know exactly why my record isn't on my doorstep yet and I'm okay with it, so far. He posted an update a couple weeks ago and posted another today. I don't think we have anything to worry about.
