Derek™
Finally getting around to listening to this. Halfway through, and it definitely sounds more fun and accessible than the S/T. Take that for whatever you may. I have friends who are head over heels for Meir, and others who were completely disappointed. I guess it really depends on what you listen to the band for. Right from the start of the debut, I think it was made pretty clear what Kvelertak's game is: massive energy, cheesy-but-still-charming rock solos, viking lyrics, and sprinkles of metal and punk. I don't overly analyze their music; I jam it on the road. I crank it up when I'm looking for something fun and not overly heavy. And for those reasons, Meir is treating my ears pretty well at the moment. It's unfair for me to say how I feel about the album as a whole, so early on. But I'm certainly not disappointed. jonnywreck
bluedeni
I saw them with Converge in October and they were amazing live so much better than Nails who were boring. I really dig the new record, I ordered a Swedish flag version.

Normal price tag around here in scandinavia, but I can't afford it right now due to some upcoming gigs So that's why I hope they would be around for some time. If so then I'll get the danish one (Despite the Norwegian version looks more rad)...but cheers for the links anyways

whoshotthefrog
I got my copy today and the vinyl color is black. I ordered mine directly from Roadrunner. I can assume that all color versions are being sold outside the United States unless distros such as Eclipsical Records gets them.
