In an interview with The Omaha-World Herald (via Stereogum), he says he's "halfway" through it and "hopefully that could be out by fall". He said: [Sonic Youth drummer] Steve Shelley was telling me the other night, “This next one needs to be really good,” and my hope is that it will be. But it’s going to be what it’s going to be.
