andrewlucas
I'll be going to Sedona for thanksgiving and I'm worried there won't be anywhere to get Black Friday records out there. I usually hit the ones near my house and come out with everything I wanted. Are there any good record stores out there in Sedona that participate in record store day? jhook
I went there on my honeymoon 3 years ago, I could not find any sort of record store except New Age shops that sold recordings of wind chimes. andrewlucas and dreamover

jdtg
No record stores that I know of in Sedona but Flagstaff is 35mi north and has RockIt Man as well as a Bookmans (used vinyl)
Ryan8765
A 40 minute drive down to phoenix might work for you. Revolver records and zia records both participate in record store day. Although driving around on black friday when you don't really know the area is suicide. AZ drivers suck. I'm one of them. There is a zia records right off of the i17 and thunderbird. So its basically a straight shot to that location from sedona. Hope that helps.
jhook
When I was out there I went to a cool little independent record store next to a skate shop in Phoenix. Cant remember the name of it tho, sound familiar to anyone in the area?

jhook
In Phoenix Arizona, the store had alot of punk/hardcore and the dude behind the counter gave me a deal when he heard my accent and found out I was on my honeymoon.
GradedOnACurve
Zia in Phoenix was amazing. I thought I'd spend maybe $20-$30 max there and I spent 2 hours there and $200+ on records. It was great and shameful at the same time...

backpackoat
I live in AZ and back both above suggestions of Zia and Rock-It-Man. Both are worth the drive if you're willing. Zia is noticeably larger, though, and always has RSD/BF stuff. Not so sure about Rock-It-Man. Sedona is so pretty.
