He's a shit personality, but if you haven't heard this song, you've got to. The album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy is absolutely great, and so is this song. But he's smart in that, he knows who to bring onto his albums to over shadow that fact: jayz, basically everyone who wanted to be on monster, etc etc. If he was honest and said that he's a great producer and a good enough lyricist, then I'd like him a lot more.
