thefence2113
I'm willing to pay $40~, but hoping to get this for less if possible. I really dig the tri color 3xLP but I'm not too concerned with color. I just want this album. Thanks!

Thanks, man! I looked for it before coming here but didn't see this link. I won't be buying this until tomorrow or Friday, so if anyone would like to sell their tri-color for the same price, let me know.
Derek™
That translucent amber looks way sleeker than the tri-color, in my opinion. It just looks like fall, which is exactly what I hear when I put that record on. One of my favorites.

thefence2113
I'm not really concerned, but of the 4 variants out, the tri just looks nicest to me.
drds89
Tough to cherrypick a Tricolor on ebaY for $40 (unless it has problems). When I was looking hard, I remember them coming up often enough to get a nice copy, but the ones with problems would dip into the 40's, and only one nice one I slept on went for $39. I think many have the same sentiment you do re: the color, which helps it hold value if taken care of.
thefence2113
I think I could go as high as $50-55 here. Otherwise, I know where to get one around $60 which I'd rather not pay seeing as how I can still get a nice amber color.
Shelby
A black copy went for 10 bucks on ebay a few months ago. That was crazy.

xxmartinxx
A black copy went for 10 bucks on ebay a few months ago. That was crazy. Sigh... I remember when people cared more about the pressing than the color. Record collecting has changed for sure.

Record collecting has changed for sure.I don't see the problem. It exists in multiple variants and I have a preference. If it were only black it wouldn't make a difference. I love the album. What's wrong with picking something for aesthetics too over something else if they already exist. It's not like I refuse to buy the album until a colored variant gets pressed. Shelby
The black usually goes for just as much money, it was a fluke.
dreamover
i have the black, tri, and silver. when the gold came out, i had had it with variants. $39 is too steep anyway.
