I ended up ordering RR from the BHG site, and then the deluxe of Love Metal and than the standard versions of Shadows and 666.

Looking at whats actually on the bonus disc I don't think I'd ever listen to the deluxe versions... Maybe I'm not getting the colored vinyl.

That should be alright. As long as they aren't leaning really bad, some folks just use bookends or like something else as filler. I have a standard expedit set up and when there is serious lean I use empty comic book bags/boards as a spacer to keep things more or less up right.

From what I understand: The $199 is the four 2xLP colored versions + the 180 Gram EP, the 4 CDs with the crushed velvet slipcovers, a thumbdrive with all the music, slipmat, poster, and collectors box. The $109 version is the four albums and the EP on 180 Gram Black, the thumbdrive, and slipmat in the collectors box. Then there is a $75 four album on 2xLP colored vinyl bundle, as well as a $54 four album "standard" weight bundle. And then the individuals of the standard weight vinyl and the colored LPs. I'm probably going to just get the colored deluxe bundle for $75 even though that slipmat and the EP are calling my name.

Yes. The weight builds up pretty fast and there is an insane amount of pressure / weight on the ones at the end.

Yeah, I don't give a shit what people do - but you can't expect everyone to be into the idea. I for one have a shitty home tattoo as well on my leg from my more punk days. Do I think it was a dumb idea? hell yeah - do I regret it? not at all. Since then I've switched to the proper shop method but it's not like I'm going to go covering up my past mistakes. They represent me probably better than something I've planned out for years - it's just not something I want to go back to... But I'd still love to get a stick'n'poke one day just for the experience and the story of it. edit: that being said home tattoos aren't safe - but neither is riding a bike without breaks or skinny dipping in 30 degree weather... so I mean I'm not about to tell you what to do with your life. strokes for folks.
