if you drove all the way to the record store not for records for yourself but only to get items to flip then its wrong. If you are already there to pick up your own items and these are the extras you picked up, then sell them at cost+shipping since you are already there anyway for your own items. Shouldnt be asking for gas, etc. Thats just how the community is. Just my 2 cents.

Someone sell me a copy of NFG and Silverstein x ABR? I have an exclusive RSD release from Singapore that is from a local band and /100 and would give it to you for free if you can sell me those! First year of RSD in singapore! Got a couple of records! 1. Manchester Orchestra 2. Bayside 3. The xx 4. Dio/killswitch 5. South park. Theres only 1 store in singapore celebrating RSD and there was about 30-40 people. I arrived 45 mins before the store opend and I was 2nd in line and the store only had 1 of each item except for popular items. Paid about 130sgd for all of it, which is roughly 100usd. Pretty pricey i would say but its our 1st RSD and i was stoked.

How do I know if my receiver has a phono input? I just see a AUX in which is red/white RCA. Basically the back is HDMI out, digital/optical in, Video out, AUX in and component out. Thanks for replying!

Hi guys, I am currently using a AT-LP60 at phono setting to my Samsung Home Theatre system. Line setting works too but its VERY soft. Basically its RCA to 3.5mm(male) from my home theatre to RCA to 3.5mm(female) on my LP60. I know that LP60 is built in with a preamp but I don't understand what it does. I have done research and it seems it amplify sound, am I right? I wish to upgrade to a Pro-Ject Debut Carbon but I have 1 issues. Firstly, I'm really not sure about phono/line and the technicalities of it. So if I connect the Carbon, the exact same way as my LP60 will it work? Do I have to go through a preamp in between the carbon and the home theatre? I am thinking is it easier to get a TT with preamp built in (like my LP60) as its more convenient or should I just grab carbon and have to get another preamp which I totally have no experience in (brand and which preamp is better issues?) What exactly are line and phono in layman terms? Thanks!
