Longest I’ve ever done the line for was over 12 hours. That was the year that paper bag Deja came out. Great list that year. usually I’ll do 8 hours or so early and bring a tent and just sleep most of it with headphones on. This year was the first time I didn’t go early for a main RSD since like 2011. Speaking of 2011-2012 era those were the days when you could show up ten minutes before opening and be first in line.

I don’t think the bubble will pop, more or less deflate. It has a bit in the past few years with constant reissues and represses. A lot of stuff that used to be $50-60+ on the aftermarket is only like $30 now. on the opposite end, when stuff becomes rare it skyrockets now. Lots of hip hop and pop presses that were limited jump straight from sold out to $100+ and don’t come down.

Ummm I kinda like it. I don’t buy 7” anymore but it’s a fun song. And if it didn’t have the Jessie’s Girl parts it’d be a great Coheed single.
