Probs not going to make the deadline because I really suck at playing instruments and I'm wicked busy this week.

A few things could have happened? We have A LOT of protocol we're required to follow when handing off beverages (safety AND customer service related) and at least at my store you get bitched at. That includes NEVER handing people anything without a lid. It also includes NEVER handing people a drink without putting it down on a table/counter surface. The cups also say the beverages are extremely hot. If those procedures weren't followed this person's well within their right to sue, especially if they needed medical attention. But overall I'm chalking it up to someone that was LOOKING for a way to file a lawsuit against something for some asinine reason because humanity is completely in the toilet anymore. The tea water only comes in one temperature out of the coffee brewer. Unless we add ice, there's now way to change that so I'm not sure where this "unreasonably hot" thing is coming from.

But they do have some sweet-ass shirts... Oh they fucking are. I'm wearing mine right now. I've been getting so many compliments. Fucking bad ass. I don't feel like linking the photo from my twitter right now because I'm going to take a nap.

In the meantime I'll figure something else out but if someone can help me that'd be cool beans. I may just bang on some pots and pans or something so no one has to be subject to my horrible shoddy, novice guitar "skills."

I want to do one, but I can't really play any instrument at all. I am only starting to try and learn guitar again. - Life is back to being less than ideal again. Severe depression is coming back. - My manager at Starbucks is one of the most insufferable people I've ever met and she goes out of her way to make everyone miserable and we underlings get bereaved by our harpy of a district manager because she blames the store falling apart on us underlings, not her poor management skills. She is horrible at her job and she basically makes my work life a living hell. -------------------------------------- My boyfriend is going through a severe breakdown of the depression sorts and he broke up with me because he says he needs to sort things out with himself and he really isn't ready for any sort of relationship with anyone. He still wants to be friends. And thus I will be subjecting myself to emotional torment, continuing to be his friend through his rough time all the while still continuing to harbor feelings for him that I can't act on. And I can't even hate him. He's not like every other guy I've been with who went out of their way to hurt me. He's been nothing but honest and I can tell it was a really hard decision for him to make. I'm just so fucking upset because he really is the perfect guy for me in every way despite being damaged goods (because hey, so am I). But who knows how long it's going to take for him to sort things out, or if he'll even want to be with me afterwards. I'm going to likely be a mess about this for a while......because I'm pretty sure I actually love this person. That's never happened before. Ugh. Oh and - All the stress is making me dangerously close to starting smoking again. I feel like I'm going to punch a hole in the wall if I don't get nicotine in me soon.

All I was saying is that people asking for or offering to pm the leaks on a public forum defeats the purpose of not posting the links in the first place as it still proves to the record label people that the files ARE being spread ON the message board. I'm saying this because this DID get another board I post on in a LOT of trouble. The same could happen on this board as well. Who's to say people didn't already contact/warn him about it before. It could get Virgil into some hot water and he specifically asked people not to do it. People should respect that as it is his forum/associated with is label/company. It's just common sense and respect is all it is. If you talk about the music the only thing that it proves is you have/listened to the leak, not where or how you got it, and therefore they can't go after Virgil because they don't have proof people are passing leaks around on his forum.

This. I WANT to like them; there's something endearing about them, but I just get too bored too fast. I just wish they'd have more punch. Maybe signing to B9 will drive them in that direction.

That has nothing to do with a label's forum not being an appropriate place to share links. This. When people ask/offer to send things it kind of defeats the purpose of not posting links anyways. I don't see what's so hard to comprehend about that. People could get Virgil, in a lot of trouble. Another forum I post on got into hot water just because we were talking about leaks and now you can get banned if you talk about them on the forum because people ARE watching. Don't get me wrong, I send links to people sometimes but only do so discreetly via PMs that can't be read by the public.
