I hope you guys enjoy Killer Legends. I figured it would be something different to give everyone a break from the horror movies, while still being relevant to the theme.

I enjoyed Creep a lot too. It was late so I fell asleep during the most important part of the movie, but I went back this morning and rewatched the last 5 minutes. It was interesting seeing Mark Duplass in that type of role since I'm a fan of The League. Good stuff.

We're all gonna die anyway. Give me all the foods!!! I'm with you though. I try to eat local sustainable food as much as possible, but sometimes it's just not possible and food is awesome.

Even though Martyrs does have a good amount of violence, it isn't sexual violence so it doesn't bother me as much. I have a harder time watching films like Cannibal Holocaust and I spit on Your Grave. I have never seen A Serbian Film. I might keep it that way.

Just finished Martyrs. I really love that movie even with how fucked up it is. It makes you think, and brings out a lot of emotion while still being a solid horror film.

A lot of F-bombs on the last few posts. I like it. I'm curious as to which remakes you think are better than the originals. Only because I know you have pretty good taste when it comes to movies. The only one I can think of, and many people will disagree with me on, is the Evil Dead remake. I really enjoyed that one, but I watched the remake before I saw the original so maybe that affected my opinion of it.

Figures. Very much looking forward to the DLC.

Soooooooo excited to pick up Rock Band when I get off work today!!!

Most remakes are terrible. Especially when they take a great foreign film and fuck it all up. I usually just stick to the originals, and don't even bother with the remake.

I thought the first episode was really great. A good amount of gore and some solid laughs. Someone else described it as the perfect balance of parody, comedy and horror. The second episode didn't do much for me, but it was enough to keep me interested. There's a lot of different big name actors. They keep it interesting and annoying at the same time.

haha. I get to write POs for the nipples, bushings, gauge cocks all the time. It's the little things that make the mundane tolerable.

Premiere was interesting..... not sure what I think of it yet.

I can't believe I had never seen The Devil's Rejects before. That was a good choice. Also, love the comedy/horror that is Tucker and Dale vs. Evil. So good. Managed to watch Deathgasm yesterday and it was intense. The blood was the most vibrant red that I have ever seen in a movie. lol Just over the top gore and some metal head teenage angst. Not too shabby.

Woohoo! Tonight's film, Tales From the Crypt: Demon Knight, is available on my Directv or HBOGO. Gonna start watching this as soon as I get home from work.

FYI - I have a good friend who works for Union Pacific in Omaha. She's been there for a long time and knows a lot of people. I can put you in touch with her whenever, if ever you need it.

I didn't, but it makes total sense. Good catch! I must re-watch that part tonight, and look for it.

I wasn't that big of a fan of The Innkeepers the first time I watched it, but I really enjoyed watching it last night. It's one of those that gets better with each watch. Also, I forgot how it ended and now I realize why. Didn't really "get it" I guess. I was watching and listening to it on my laptop through headphones which also made it a little more interesting. It is a really slow build, but I think there is a lot to be taken in with the dialogue. It was funnier than I remember. Super duper excited for Demon Knight tonight as I don't think I have ever seen it before. I watch so many movies I forget a majority of them.

I skipped ahead and watched Tucker and Dale vs. Evil since I needed something to watch while at work. Good stuff.

Time to turn that frown upside down!!!
