Sorry, I was a little harsh with that statement, and I apologize. I do sympathize for those that take medications for their diseases, there's just so many underlying problems with the pharma companies and how some doctors prescribe medications that I get a little annoyed with the whole thing. No, smoking weed is not the answer for everyone, but there are many studies where medical marijuana and CBD oil has shown to help a lot of people with many different diseases, but that's another subject best kept out of this "Shitty guy with shitty taste who does shitty things" thread. My apologies if anyone was offended.

That was probably my favorite part of the episode. And....I'll agree it was the perfect balance of parody, comedy and horror, but not so much about how great Ryan Murphy is. Not a big fan of anything he has worked on except maybe Running with Scissors, and AHS is either hit or miss with me.

I honestly really enjoyed it. The cast is a very interesting mix, and I thought the comedy horror worked really well together. It was the season premiere so expect it to be a little weird and kind of off, but I am sure as the season progresses it will hit it's stride and get better.

Slow here also. Dangit. Sad I missed the Muppets last night. I did watch that Scream Queens show though. Had a few good laughs from it. A lot more brutal than I thought it would be for a fox show.

No, it's a pretty stupid reason, imo. I lived in Germany between the years of 1990-1995 so I am not allowed to give blood. I think that was during the time of the mad cow disease outbreak. I didn't even know it until I went to go give plasma for a friends mom that had leukemia, and they told me I would never be allowed to participate.

I watched Me and Earl and the Dying Girl last night. Sooooooooo many laughs for well...being a somewhat sad movie. The writing, directing and acting were all great and I really enjoyed it. Directer is Alfonso Gomez-Rejon who is apparently from Laredo, TX and also did the 2014 remake of The Town That Dreaded Sundown, which was also pretty good. Would recommend and I would watch it again and again.

Yeah, timelines will have to match up at some point. Rick woke up 2 months after the outbreak, and currently Fear is on the 9th day of the outbreak. They can't make 2 months last forever, but I don't think the characters will ever interact with one another. They are way too far apart and their stories will take them in different directions.

Came out in 2007-2008 so we have awhile before a 10 year anniversary, and that's being hopeful. They've said if they do re-press it, which is very unlikely, it won't be in the same special format of the 1st press. Trust me I know the pain of not having it. Waited many years to finally get a decent price on one from someone overseas. Gave me a hell of a deal because I bought some other stuff from him, but it was still the most I had ever spent on a set of records. Worth every penny. I'd still buy a repress though, and wish more people could have it because it's one of the best records of all time, IMO.
