I just grabbed the Slim Shady LP off of eBay. Didn't know 8 Mile had been reissused as well, I may have to grab that too.

I didn't make it by until about noon. By that time there weren't any lines. They were just a little busier than a regular Saturday.

Hit Found Sound in Ferndale, MI. Got everything I went in for. Added the Civil Wars and Fall Out Boy on as well.

Hadn't tried either of those locations. I'm all over the area for work on a regular basis. I'll have to stop in at those places and see what they have. Thanks again!

I can never find an HT store around Detroit that has vinyl in store. Is there anyway to find out if any in Michigan are supposed to carry it? I'd like to pick this up and some Bayside for my wife.

Again? They just re-released these a few years ago. The least they could have done was include Generation Swine and the self-titled LP.

One of my local shops said they'd order it in for me, let me check the run out and if it was right, exchange my Mo-Fi for it. It came in this morning and sure enough, it's the re-press! Thanks again for all the info. I would have never known about the problem in the first place or what to look for on the corrected version if it weren't for all the info in this thread.

Haha, good one. I'll be buying it when the black is readily available so I'm glad to know it sounds great. I agree with this. I wish it were a gatefold as well, but the sound of the LPs themselves as fantastic.

I called Music Direct about a week ago and they said they have no Earthly clue either. I'm really, really looking forward to this so hopefully something concrete happens soon.

Anyone heard any updates on this? I'd heard it was being released in October, but now all I can find is "TBA".

Recovery didn't come out on vinyl until almost 2 months after the CD. Here's hoping that they still get around to doing this too.

I'm always on the edge of dividing by genre but for now I'm still alphabetical then chronological. That works for now, but I'm still astounded by those who don't understand the alphabet.
