I said I was going back when Looper was spoke of and a few folk asked asked immediately. I took care of the ones I knew and the list was closed then. I am saying I am going now so if folk see me they can put a name to a face. I dont post often on here but read the site everyday so thought it would be cool to meet some new folk from across the country who happen to be at the same convention... thats all. Its always handy to know a few more folk when the time comes to call in a favor when at some random event across the country and know the one guy/girl that would like to get hooked up....just sayin.... Well they have like a coat check so you dont have to walk around with the big ass boxes all day long. I think its $1 per item or something but it sure beats walking around all day with whatever you buy. I remember the year they had the avengers carrier and that box was almost four feet or higher and what a mess when folks tried to walk around with the damn thing bopping people in the head everywhere! But still if you can ever make it to SDCC its worth going for a day or so just to experience it....and the best part 99.99% of the people are very polite and all there to have fun

Preview night is not as crowded but people seem to speedwalk for stuff. Im in a chair so I can wheel faster than most folk walk and thats one of the few reasons I go to con. I get access to almost everything quicker. If I had to wait in line like normal a/b'ers or "walkers" I would probably skip it as folks sit in line for Hall H overnight. Us crips get a special line although more and more "fakers" have been in the lines the last few years!

I am also going but please dont PM me to ask for a pickup since my assistant will be the other person buying a copy and his is spoken for. If I do get a 2nd copy of anything I will probably sell it for face via some random lottery crap or send out as a secret santa gift or something. It would be cool to meet somebody from VC though at con so stl_ben if you see an guy covered in tattoos in a wheelchair and I mean covered...come say Hi! Im pretty recognizable just look for the guy with ink on his dome!

serramonte and Hillsdale.Tanforan has had Nada the past few trips except the Disney pic discs which were stored on a countertop ....

I bought the 45rpm set with credit card reward points so I basically got it free...it is stellar! Hands down worth every penny! Bought mine from elusive disc over fathers day with 10% off but if you are a fan I would highly recommend it. Only downside with 45 set is there are about 2 songs per side so lots of flipping!

Well glad I trekked to two stores for Cheshire cat & s/t. Didn't see any other copies though at the two bay area stores if you live out this way. San Jose area may have them though. I've been blessed lately finding stuff in the local stores when the online stock depletes! I made a comment to an employee about a guy named Travis on the web who has been uber informative and he had nothing but great things to say about him.....small world! Thanks again Travis for all you do and all your hard work at this! Its nice to know somebody is managing this to at least get stuff pressed for the fans! These are more for nostalgia albums since I grew up listening to them and it brings back tons of awesome memories cruising in the car! Anyways, back to your regularly scheduled topic!

Ya I must agree! I only spun side A last night and wow! It is crystal clear. I cranked it up and it had my whole house moving! I am very impressed with the quality. I guess I have been listening to a lot of older material lately because this sounded so much louder than other stuff I own. I still need to upgrade my system for vinyl since its primarily based on home theater but daaaamn I can't wait to get home and listen to the rest!

My Batman went thru NJ post office and Ive read plenty of stories on here about that madness.... Normally my SSD stuff gets here quick but this one wont be here until next week..... Luckily I got the Pink Floyd release to hold me over until then!

Oh and I got my jurassic park B version and it was a variant! WOOHOO! And I also got a split jacket but I will have to track down some Mondo glue to put it back together. For now it will just sit in the sleeve while I enjoy the music!

I got a copy on eBay about a year ago for under $40 after shipping so the deals can be found....it was in mint condition but would like a repress on 12" LP since that is probably my fav Bosstones album ...well I actually like all their stuff but that album spoke to me when I first heard it!
