I feel your pain man, merchbucket did pretty much the same thing to me except that they just shipped my order and never told me that my test press wasn't coming. Coincidentally it was with an Erra Augment test press.

It doesn't have to be mainstream stuff there's tons albums that have infinitely worse album art than The Uncanny Valley yet are still allowed on iTunes without uncensored art. Half the Cannibal Corpse albums, tons of slam bands, it's just ridiculous that this is getting singled out

I'm really glad you put in that extra effort otherwise my Blood Music collection wouldn't be anywhere near what it is today, thank you for that. Pretty stoked I got everything I wanted even though I was nervous about not having the membership. Can't wait to get it all.

Well if they know there's gonna be a delay they should wait until they have them in hand to put up the order or wait until shipping to charge. Not sure how I'm entitled to want things when they said we should get them, not once but once but 2 more times.

Still haven't gotten anything on my order yet, but I feel after this long a wait they should give anyone that ordered before the original estimated date like a 30% off coupon or something along that line.

They have terrible customer service, I couldn't get them to respond to and email on anything. Their shipping makes no sense, I was ordering a bunch of stuff and I added a cd and it jumped the shipping from like 10 to 56 dollars and they couldn't tell me why when I asked them (took me a month to respond). Only reason I bought from them cause it was all 50% off over Black Friday.
