  1. Holy S***! Live After Deaf is up on PaxAM Store, as well as each LP individually. http://ryanadams.shopfirebrand.com/collections/vinyl
  2. I bought both the autographed CD Box Set and autographed LP of Adore and they were both 50 dollars extra. Basically, it's 50 bucks for an autograph and 100 for a personalized autograph.
  3. Pearl Jam!??!?!! Whhhaaaa????? Is it the Mother Love Bone single?
  4. There are copies of the Vampires on SoundStateDirect. http://www.soundstagedirect.com/ryan-adams-vampires-7-inch-vinyl-records.shtml?cy
  5. I'm all for great packaging and nice pressings... And all of his stuff is top notch, including his music. However, 70 and 80 dollars for this is INSANE. I caved on a few of his pricey LPs, but I'm going to have to hear this first. Also just checked that CSN&Y 7xLP Box Set is still on sale for the low price of 499.99. I wonder how many of these they actually sold.
  6. Ordered. Why do I have a feeling I'm going to buy 10 of these things and then there will be a LP for RSD that has all this stuff on 1 LP for 18 bucks. LOL
  7. The Adore and Machina box sets for me is where its all at. There are so many great acoustic songs and alternate versions of everything!!! And one of the holy grails 'Let Me Give The World To You' adore era studio version... Can't wait!!!!
  8. Today I received all 4 pearl jam bootlegs or "imports" as some call them... I have to say overall they are really nice. Are they worth the $50-$60 a piece?: Well it depends on why you are buying them. If you are looking to fill in your pearl jam studio albums, then yes. Overall the LPs all sound really good, there is no pops or skips or crackles, they are extremely high quality LPs. They are nice thick pressings. Is the packaging true to the originals?: Yes and No. No Code definitely not, it doesn't have the fold out gatefold that the original had, it's simply a gatefold jacket. Binaural, Avocado both have booklets, No Code has the polaroids, etc. The cover art is a bit blurry and glossy across all albums. The jackets are also not on super thick card stock, they feel a bit flimsy, but not too bad... If you are like me who sold them all off a while ago, or you just never had a chance to buy them, and you are a hardcore pearl jam fan who loves vinyl, then yes, they are worth the cash. If you are all about authenticity and having these sourced from the original master tapes, then hold off until they all eventually get reissued by the band. Personally, I'm glad I bought them. If you are interested in buying them, I bought them on Discogs from a seller by the name of Borat. I ordered them last friday, and they arrived today, in Ohio from Belgium (all in mint condition, packaged nicely). I think I payed $240 total including shipping... expensive yes, but they are pretty cool...
  9. I ordered No Code, Yield, Avocado, and Binaural boots from Discogs last week. I have read through various message boards that Avacado sounds pretty good, but no real information on the others. I would imagine these are just CD sourced. But from what I have read and the pictures I have seen, these look to be fairly high quality boots. Inserts, No Code Polaroids, Booklets, Glossy Art, etc. I'll reply back with how they sound and the quality of the packaging as soon as I get them. If they sound good, I hope they do Benny, Lost Dogs and Riot Act, as I don't have them on vinyl anymore.
  10. Wow, what a great deal! For some reason all the Led Zeppelin Deluxe LPs are in the deal. Got all 3 for $87.05 shipped! EDIT: Just checked the status, and found "Canceled on: May 26, 2014." Oh well...
  11. On sale now on 10Club Shop: EDDIE VEDDER LOVE BOAT CAPTAIN 7" SINGLE
  12. Up in the 10Club Shop now: 2014 MIKE MCCREADY & BRANDI CARLILE FREE RIDE 7" (Clear Vinyl)
  13. Doesn't sound like it's going to get repressed... From REM's Facebook Page: We knew that UNPLUGGED would be a limited edition-- 2,500 were pressed and while that is a relatively small number, it was an honest estimate by people who sell (or try to sell) albums every day-- perhaps the crystal ball was a little "off" on this one. For that I apologize and assure you it was no one's intent or desire to frustrate people-- I hope most people understand that. Just like none of us enjoyed the fact that tickets were scalped on R.E.M. tours, the E-bay phenomenon on this and other rare records is a drag. Let me add two other aspects that might provide some perspective: R.E.M.'s UNPLUGGED set is being released a month from today--May 20th, on CD and iTunes and other digital outlets. Same music, cool packaging, and plenty of copies in the popular digital formats of recent decades! So there's that. And if it is R.E.M.vinyl you crave, and classic songs from all phases of the band's career, you can probably still find one of the best underknown and underappreciated gems of the entire R.E.M. canon: LIVE AT THE OLYMPIA. It is 4 LPs (or 2 CDs) of all the songs recorded the first week of July, 2007-- Jacknife Lee and team made the recordings into a powerful live record and for whatever reason that one never got much notice-- so check it out if you haven't already. Meanwhile, enjoy MTV UNPLUGGED whether you got it yesterday or will next month or on a web foray whenever that happens-- it is good music and fun to share with the world. Happy Easter, Bertis
  14. I bought the Neil Young LP before the box set was announced. It's really cool, but i'm a huge Neil Young fan. I wish they would have offered the 'audiophile' version as a stand alone, or just packaged it together as a double LP. $100+ is a lot of money, especially for 12 tracks, and 2 other tracks on the seventh 6 inch record.
  15. That is up there. But they had: 10" Shadow (Mike McCready) 7" Mad Season (White Vinyl) 7" RNDM (Pink Vinyl) 7" Unthought Known Single 7" Eddie Vedder LBC / Wishlist I think the only one still up is the Eddie Vedder single...
  16. FYI: There are a few PJ related 7 and 10 inch records in the shop. Hurry, I'm sure they will sell out soon... pearljam.com.
  17. Pearl Jam seriously needs to look at what Jack White is doing, and follow his business model. They are sitting on an absolute gold mine of reissues and bootlegs.
  18. Me too! I imagine it will be both 1991 and 2001 unplugged shows. Hopefully...
  19. Soundstage had a Vol 1 & 2 listed on the site, but now it's gone. The price was 64.99 I believe. I do recall seeing something on the net about a colored vinyl box set like 6 months ago for this.
