i think i went to their first show (or atleast their first LI show) where they had members of high school football heroes back them up on horns. great show.

hahah yeah... i think ive seen BTMI like 5 times and each time was unique/interesting/awesome. also, i realized listened to this album 5 times through in less than 2 days.

It's extremely rare for me to enjoy a band's entire catalogue but that seems to be the case with BTMI! And I think this is the first record that really didn't have to grow on me.. by the first listen, i was hooked.

I've gotta say... I hate the Hostel movies... I hate every interview I've seen him in.. and mostly.. I HATE his acting... but god dammit, I fucking LOOVE Cabin Fever. One of my favorite B-Movies of all time.

Sass Dragons - Bonkaroo!!!!!!!! This probably will happen... but it hasn't yet... which sucks.

Its good and I have got some decent scores from there (mostly colored Temporary residence and some OOP No Idea) but I think Generation Records is just as good and its in BK which is alot closer to you (Queens) than Looney Tunes is.......def still worth a trip though and everyone there is really cool! Yeah.. backed. Looney Tunes is the only record store I really bother with in Long Island.. and its a bit of a drive cause I live all the way out east. But yeah, great people, some cool instores, and decently priced vinyl. Also, great CD selection.. especially in punk/hardcore... if people even care about CDs anymore.

'89 baby.. id also like to note how only in the past year or two have the 90's become cool.

I get most of my records shipped home.. but its a bitch knowing that i cant listen to certain records until break. I keep my records, record player, and amp under my bed. It saves space and theyre pretty safe down there. Yet theres my friends horror story: he had all his shit under his bed like me.. then i guess him and his girlfriend were going pretty crazy and the bed frame fucking cracked and they landed right on top of evvverything. He said the damage wasnt as bad as he expected but he was still pretty upset. I think that the chance of that happening is pretty rare but i guess you still should be careful about it.

i was just listening to 'let's go' for the first time since my sophomore year of high school.... can't just be a coincidence. im picking this up.
