i remember i was a fucking freshman in high school when they announced this film. that was like 6 years ago. but yeah.. that picture looks awesome. i loved all the stop motion in life aquatic so i think this will be awesome.

i'm going to the san diego con in a couple of weeks with my boss.. im mainly interested in going to the panals while my boss is spending every minute trying to get sketches and commissions from artists. hes been talking about his collection alot recently and showing me alot of cool art hes collected over the years, and i thought itd be cool to bring home some cool peices of my own while im at the biggest con in america. anyway.. i'm really into ed mcguinness and skottie young... i love that cartoony exaggerated style without going too crazy (sam kieth, although hes awesome too).. i was just wondering if you guys knew of any other artists with a similar style... a friend had an extra ticket so i went with him to see smith at carnegie hall.. and it was uh... alright. i love his 'evening' dvds but it was just very underwhelming. funny, but kinda boring after awhile. still love (most of) his movies.

that first picture could totally be either jack nicholson or terry gilliam... creepy.

those are really cool.. i like the mu330 one.. its simple, but awesome. i made a cover a couple of weeks ago for my asob test... it was my favorite thing in my collection, so i thought i should make it look nice. im gonna try to make more. its pretty fun.

i dont know how it sounds on vinyl but i found it online and think it sounds great. one of my favorite live albums.

saw this a couple of years ago and loved it. i loved when they showed real footage during the credits.. i know it was 'based on a true story' but i usually never trust that shit.

it's all a huge publicity stunt. leno made a (very) similar joke during the election, but seeing that she was already on the cover of every magazine and doing snl (on the same network) and so forth, she didnt feel the need to ever mention it. this puts her right back in the national spotlight, so shes milking the fuck out of it.

what a great fucking story! it was funny and clever and super-weird! like a lot of people, i picked it up because i love MTX, but then was surprised on how much i dug it. one of the better books ive read in a very long time. highly recommended!

i saw these a couple of years ago when i thought i was really into gore... it turns out that im just really into slapstick gore (dead alive, evil dead, and so on) as this disturbed the fuck out of me. didn't charlie sheen like shit his pants publicly about these films? i think he thought they were real or something..

hey.. when do you think these will come out? im pretty sure i placed an order for the flaming tsunami pack with the zombie and robot cover like a month ago. just cant wait to hear this on vinyl. it looks awesome!
