maybe I got a bad album... mine was choppy and had blank spaces in the audio in a couple spots on the B side.

Now I feel dumb. I just looked on eBay and found an OP for 8 bucks with shipping... yup. Maybe I won't buy these movie scores anymore without research beforehand.

I really like the LCD Soundsystem set I got. Honorable mention would actually be the free Divided 7". It had a couple really good songs on it. Meh would be the Tame Impala one. It just seemed like they decided to not sing or anything for about half the songs. Worst would be The Pogues and Joe Strummer. This thing was definitely pressed from mp3's. The audio goes staticy a bunch and there are even a few parts where it skips, though the vinyl has nothing on it.

did you get the signed "poster" square thing too? It's a really good album mine were The first Cage the Elephant album and Oracular Spectacular MGMT. Since then, I've got about 60 more, so I'm going slow but have great stuff

I'm just curious as to what actually happened. I saw the post on twitter yesterday about the upcoming reissues, joined the mailing list immediately, and have been waiting while also researching what is going on. A bunch of people say that there were more sets but those are gone, but the Cake site says coming soon, and there hasn't been any other info anywhere. It's so disorganized...

small collection... I've been collecting since December. I can say though that I can and do listen to ALL my albums start to finish without disliking any songs.

number one sounds like crap... 2 sounds the best i think... 3 is ok, better than 1, but not as good as 2

Shortly after starting to collect, I found a copy of AC/DC Back in Back for 10 bucks. I didn't know prices then, but 10 bucks seemed very cheap. The more crazy part of this was that I found it at my local Tractor Supply.

I grabbed a copy of Fitz and the Tantrums about 20 seconds after it went up. Thanks for selling to me for 17 instead of 46 like on eBay!

I ordered this from Amazon when it dropped to 14.99... This was on March 16th. It is still out of stock. Is this a telltale sign of Plastic Beach being discontinued? How long has anyone waited for something to come back in stock?

I had the same sort of thing. My approach was... USPS says it was delivered, so it was. My conscience is clear, and I avoided losing money.
