El Dorado is the best song on there in my opinion.  I may be in the minority, but I actually prefer The Big Dirty and New Junk sound for them over the more spastic, fast, punk stuff.  Don't get me wrong, I LOVE this album and I think it fits great into their discography.  It seems like for a while they would have more stuff like TBD songs with some chaos mixed in and on this album they flipped the script and did chaos with some TBD mixed in.  Personally, I'm just more of a fan of their groovy hardcore heavy stuff over the spastic chaos stuff.  Still excited to get my green record, and also excited to hear the bonus songs for sure especially since Andy mentioned in the pudcast that one of the bonus songs was his favorite song off the new album.

Bumping just because there seem to be a couple box sets left over at a great price in case anyone wanted this still!  Says there are 8 left and at $45, probably won't last long...

And....ordered.  Stoked...now if only Rise Records will get on the ball and make a press of Heat Fetish available.....

There's at least 5 of these happening this year

I didn't like it at first, but it grew on me once I accepted it was different with different members.  I liked the collaboration with Chino Moreno as well on the songs he was involved with. Vices is an album I like a lot more now that I'm 30 and not 22. 

Delayed again until March 17th this time. Lame. Also, I was bummed that all the bonus songs played didn't make it onto the digital download portion of the album at least. Just worms of the earth and new kid. Hoping the vinyl has all of them like they said it would.

New album is fantastic.  I'm honestly pretty blown away.  Maybe my expectations were too low, but I am really digging this.  The new band members really seem to have given the band new energy.  Production sounds huge and really just excellent.  Agree with others that the only weird thing is the animals interlude diddy.  Can't wait to get the vinyl, going to be awhile though since I a) ordered the sharkbite 3.5 and live in California...blah. Oh well, the digital copy will have to hold me over...

stoked!  ordered through shopradiocast.  Couldn't ever bring myself to buy the crazy 1st press prices.  Glad I waited.  Going to listen to this again in celebration tomorrow.  Sweet!

I'd buy it.  Had this on cassette back in the day....
