Clicked hoping there'd be news of a press of The Ghosts Among Us. That album was formative for me. I thought they went downhill pretty quickly after that but maybe I just need to give their newer stuff another listen.

Oh you know I saw this. I'll take anything I can get from these guys. It's no secret that I think Golevka is as close to a perfect album as anything the genre has seen. Whatever is brewing, I'll be all for it.

Probably the closest we'll ever get to a Yndi Halda/Russian Circles mashup. These guys aren't exactly obscure, but I had no idea they were releasing new stuff and the first two tracks are great: https://aesthesys.bandcamp.com/

Always had a soft spot for these guys and the first two tracks are very good. Looking forward to hearing this in full.

Unfortunately I am out as well. Nothing to do with the new track (actually haven't listened yet) - there's just no way I can justify a $55+ vinyl splurge right now.

Whoa, didn't even know this was coming. Probably AOTY, or at least a top contender, unless they really change their sound. EDIT: @Gumbo72203 Put me down tentatively for a std. black copy + Blader som Faller..., if you hear back that the shipping won't be a backbreaker. Somehow I still don't own anything from these guys on vinyl.

Hell yeah! Great to hear! Top moments for me are probably the ending of "Monsieur" and just about all of "Give." When we made our rankings of post-rock albums from 1-10 some time ago I gave it a 9, only behind Golevka by Evpatoria Report. (I think Sings Reign Rebuilder was up there too, but I can't remember). It holds a coveted place for me, for sure. Stoked you were able to snag a copy for the collection.

Love these guys, right up my alley. They came up on my radar a few months ago when they announced they were working with Holy Roar, and now they've got a full-length coming out next month: https://moeldk.bandcamp.com/album/jord-2

Thanks Don! Yeah I've been after that YORAS for a while now - just one of those futurerecordings releases that flew under everyone's radar that I wasn't smart enough to pick up when it was for sale. Oh well! List updated again.

One of my all-time favorite post-rock albums is up on Discogs for $10. It's a 2xLP and you really can't go wrong. I know I've mentioned them here quite a few times but if you've got some spare cash I can't think of a better pick-up: Not to Reason Why - Would You Hug Fire?

Updated again. Just got back into Trophy Eyes and need that album if anyone has it!
