    Road rage chat: When I was like 20 and working at a video store I had this like 17 year old kid renting a movie go "Hey you're the guy who almost hit me last week" I told him I had no idea what he was talking about. He said "Yeah over by the Hess on [x] Road. You drive a blue neon, right?" to which I responded "Oh, you're the jackass kid who doesn't signal and then cuts people off when he pulls out of a gas station. You gonna chip in for my new brake pads?" Sounds like "shit that didn't happen" but I figured my manager wouldn't take the kid seriously if he complained.

    Shooting guns is dope. I used to be a decent target shooter as a kid. I grew up with woods behin my house so we would shoot targets in the backyard. I wouldn't want to own a gun though. All those dudes in open carry states walking around with shit that looks like assault rifles are the worst.

    I'm working 8 days straight and then my summer vacation of FOUR WHOLE DAYS IN A ROW starts. I'm excited but also a little bummed. Too many people trying to take time off at the same time so I could only squeeze 4 days in, but it was the weekend I needed so there's that at least. Gonna drop a bombshell on these fuckers and take a whole goddamn week in the fall. I just opened for the first time in months. Woke up at 630am and if you notice my posts in this thread I tend to be up until around 4am most nights.

    Back when I went to shows all the time I pretty much exclusively went alone. None of my friends were into what I was into, but I wasn't going to NOT see bands play. I still go to movies by myself from time to time, just got back from seeing Dawn of the Planet of the Apes alone actually. If my girlfriend doesn't want to see something or I've got free time when she doesn't I'll just go alone.

    My experience in moving records has been: "Fuck why the fuck do I even have these it's a dead goddamn medium fuck this stupid bullshit" This might only apply if you have to carry them up multiple flights of stairs.

    Yesssssss, that's awesome. I probably would have been into their first couple records if I'd been born a few years later. I was just too old for that sort of thing when they came out. Instead I enjoy the first Fall Out Boy album because it came out when I was 16 and I saw them a couple times at tiny venues.

    I have never listened to an ADTR song all the way through. I HAVE yelled "Stop listening to shitty music!" at a giant line of kids waiting to get into the ADTR show down the street from my old apartment because I am a piece of shit asshole. (I was drunk)

    I always work at 2pm and for the last year my sleep schedule has been "Stay up till 4 or 5am" and it sucks, but I've always had a similar fucked up sleep schedule. It was more fun when I was staying up all night partying and shit though.

    This pretty much sums up the entire year I worked there. It's a shame video stores are dead because its the perfect "Im going to community college and just want to smoke weed all the time" job.

    I worked a 96 hour week at a job about 6-7 years ago. I had been there about 5 months and when we got a new store manager all the shift leaders quit. I was the only one besides the manager who knew enough to open or close the store, so I pretty much worked open to close for a whole week while hastily training a bunch of new kids. This was at a video rental store so I was stoned out of my mind for at least 90 of those hours.

    Kristen Wiig is a national treasure. So is Bill Hader, so I'm incredibly excited they have a movie coming out soon. Bridesmaids is good but a little too long. Ended up seeing it twice in theaters and on 2nd viewing that last 20-30 minutes just draaaaaaagggssssss

    I had to choose between drinking a few beers tonight and a few beers tomorrow or all the beers tomorrow. I chose all the beers tomorrow. Earlier I took a hit of a bowl my girlfriend was smoking. I'm such a lightweight now that it got me high as fuck. Only had a minor panic attack type feeling for a few minutes, so that's an improvement. Then I put on The X-Files and it was the Groundhog's Day bank robbery episode. This caused me to think intensely about how fucked it would be if I was caught in someone else's time loop. Tag spoilers please

    It's blowing my mind how slowly this record seems to be selling. They still have some Record Releases left and Topshelf still has the /200 variant. Albums rules and everyone needs to get with it.

    Had friends addicted to this when it came out. Had to flat out unplug one of their computers once because a bunch of us were supposed to be going to a movie and his raid was running too long. I tired it out and never got into it. However, Hearthstone rules.

    My student loans actually garnish my paychecks now, it's garbage. I also owe money because I had surgery and my insurance company (I was lucky enough to actually have insurance at the time) decided the anesthesia was "elective" but never told me. I just started getting calls over a year later like "You owe us money for that time you got anesthesia during surgery" I eventually told them to go back in time and undo the anesthesia.

    The one thing I don't believe about that video is it says Prince improvised that guitar riff at the end of the solo. I refuse to believe that was a thing that just happened because it's too perfect. The whole song feels like it's leading up to that moment and it's just too perfect. I've also watched that video three times tonight.
