  1. I've bought a few standalone issues from them in the past and have since subscribed and received my first issue that way...always timely and never any damage.
  2. I just subscribed because of the NOFX flexi...and then I realized I had already subscribed because of the Descendents flexi... They immediately refunded me and said that if I subscribed with the Descendents issue, the last batch went out on Monday and that I would likely have it by tomorrow. So for those that subscribed with the Descendents issue, that is likely the case.
  3. Oops, just realized it was confirmed on the previous page that popmarket was selling the black version. Oh well, I'll leave this here anyway. From popmarket in case there was any confusion about what they have... First off, thank you for your order, we truly appreciate your business. When we sold the Dave Matthews Band ‘Crash’ Anniversary Edition LP, we messed up the product description and a lot of you were expecting to receive the 150g Splatter Color version of the record, unfortunately that version was an exclusive and we only have the 180g black version of the record. We apologize and know how important these differences are, so for our mess-up we are going to refund 20% off your order and provide you with a 10% off code for your next order which can be used at checkout for 10% off any item in the store.
  4. I assumed that the copy I bought at the show tonight would be the tour version. But I got the splatter as well. Bummed. To be fair, it was evident from the display copy that it was not the tour version. Provided you know the difference. I did not.
  5. You didn't miss it. It hasn't gone up separately, only as a bundle. The e-mail they sent out makes it sound like it'll only be sold as a bundle but I guess we'll see.
  6. Speaking of stacked tours of theirs, the 2000 tour with Alkaline Trio, Saves The Day, and New Found Glory opening and playing small venues is pretty impressive in retrospect.

  8. Are you referring to the Wonderful single? If so, just buy another one. They're dirt cheap on Discogs.
  9. That's the same guy that told me they don't exist. I could probably find and post the e-mail from him saying they don't. Of course now you have me curious again, dammit. I don't see how one out of every 15 could be on clear and zero have popped up, though.
  10. I'm a pretty obsessive Samiam collector and I e-mailed the label (Siren) at the time about the clear copies. They said it is not true and that the red copies were the only color variant. If you have any proof to the contrary, please let me know. Side note: Clumsy is apparently only $5??? http://hellomerch.com/collections/siren-records/products/clumsy-12-inch-vinyl?variant=304355861
  11. I live in the area. I even used to work in one of the buildings in Dave Grohl alley. (Is it even an alley when there's only a building on one side of it?) And I'm also a pretty big Foo Fighters/Grohl fan.But anyone that thinks that seeing that alley is totally worth a two hour round trip is worthy of some serious consideration.
  12. Thanks for posting, I had no idea that single was released!
  13. I used to collect Zeppelin bootleg LPs and I have the guides in the link below. The amount of info is completely staggering. Unless your bootleg was produced fairly recently, there is a good chance it's in this book. I haven't come across one that is not. I'll be happy to look it up for you. Send me a PM through the site so I don't forget. https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=images&cd=&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0CAUQjhw&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fitm%2FIllustrated-Collectors-Guide-to-Led-Zeppelin-3rd-ed-vinyl-Robert-Godwin-%2F301555542278%3Fpt%3DLH_DefaultDomain_0%26hash%3Ditem46361c6906&ei=gcGKVcXFDYS4-AGS_4DoDA&bvm=bv.96339352,d.cWw&psig=AFQjCNHMXscB6lHva89jCwqifMA1HLumIw&ust=1435243252238834
  14. I've desperately wanted Superstar Car Wash on vinyl since 1993. If the band turning to crap and becoming popular eventually somehow leads to that happening, it'll all be worth it and I can die happy. That being said, I'll buy this as well.
  15. The standard vacuum has always worked fine for me as well. And while I find it hard it to believe a small one would be any problem, keep in mind that KAB says: Shop vac units are not reccomended because they are very powerful and will put too much force on the record surface.
  16. I believe I have an extra copy of Dragline I could sell you. PM if interested. I can't even believe someone else on these boards likes Paw!
  17. I don't this is true anymore. I use two different friends' accounts and we watch games at the same time. I think it even says somewhere on the site that up to x amount of people can log in at a time. But two of us were using the same account at the same time at work yesterday with no problem. There's also a very simple workaround for local blackouts. You can change your router settings to show that you're in some other country and you can then access all teams' games.
  18. Same here, Juan. I believe it's no big deal. I swear I get that more often than not with Deathwish orders.
  19. While I don't own the Record Doctor V, I do own the KAB EV-1, which appears to be the identical concept without a motor. https://www.kabusa.com/ev1.htm It works perfectly and I love it. I had records that looked NM and played unbelievably noisy that played NM after a cleaning. I did a lot of research before I settled on the KAB and I'm extremely happy with it. I'm not some hardcore audiophile that needs to use some kind of perfect, magical cleaning solution for sonic perfection. I just need the dirt up and out of the grooves. And I wouldn't want to be tied to a built in motor or have a paperweight when the motor inevitably dies. I'm pretty sure I can find free vacuum cleaners for life to hook up to my KAB. Sorry if this is a pointless opinion to you, but outside of the built in motor, these appear to be identical concepts and I strongly recommend this particular method provided that built in motor is worth a damn.
  20. I've never listened to Kind of Like Spitting but I'll be seeing them with The City on Film. I have little time to get familiar with them, is there an album that is considered the one to listen to, or doesn't it really matter?
