  1. Just received an email that my black/red is coming my way... And only 27 left of the black vinyl on their bandcamp.
  2. Don't get me wrong. I don't mind LDC with vocals. Actually "The Nearing Grave" (with Jonas Renkse) from "Avoid The Light" is one of my favourite songs. In most of their instrumental work there is no need for vocals, the guitars tell a story of their own. Musically the modern LDC still sounds great but Martin Fischer is not vocally up to the standard of LDC.
  3. It's like Christmas again today Just received the Shelter box and this is by all means the coolest box I ever received. The artwork is great and there's plenty of amazing stuff in there, like the TP, the digi-CD and the two singles on cd, a gold "Into The Waves" single as a bonus, an artbook with photos, a textbook with the lyrics, a signed poster. Me happy, nothing else spinning at my place today... and for the next days I guess. Oh yeah, no metal at all to be found on Shelter, but nonetheless a great atmosphere and sound.
  4. Both Denovali and MusicFearSatan are superb distro's. Always good packaging. MFS sometimes can take a while, but they have excellent service and answer your questions timely.
  5. hmmm, looks interesting... I prefer the instrumental LDC above the latest record.
  6. Almost managed to grab the Amen Ra Test Pressing but was outbid at 177 € If the bidder is from here, congratulations. And if the deal doesn't come through, Addi you know where to find me...
  7. A friend of mine is a gynecologist. The other night at the bar he told me "Hey, yesterday I examined a lady with a clitoris like a pickle." "Wow", I said, "that big?" No", he answered... "That sour"
  8. wow, that's the most expensive first class delivery I ever saw... http://www.ebay.com/itm/THE-SAND-CASTLE-Alec-Wilder-Samuel-Baron-OST-LP-/251383218679?pt=Music_on_Vinyl&hash=item3a879b81f7
  9. Is the Isis one the 1st US pressing on opaque metallic gold?
  10. Missed out on this as well... damn, looks cool. Grrr, 52 bucks for the black one to Europe. A bit much... Any idea how limited the black edition is?
  11. I ordered directly from Eitrin. I got the shipping confirmation last Monday (2/12). I need to say, I live in Belgium, quite close to France
  12. Yiehaaaaa, just received mine a couple of minutes ago. It looks amazing. Gonna clean it first and then play it all night... Also got the The Anaesthete by Rosetta, which is also a superb looking package.

  14. Yep, I have both the US and Euro version in black vinyl. Is the clear version also from Spinefarm?
  15. I have both editions in front of me. Detailed differences: US edition: darker orange color on the front/back cover Record label states 45 RPM code on the spine: B0019515-01 and only very small republic records logo next to the barcode on the back cover: republicrecords.com and Loma Vista, Rise Above and Republic logo Euro edition: lighter brighter orange color on the front/back cover Record label states 33 RPM code on the spine: SPINE759775 and Loma Vista,Repblic Records and Spinefarm records logos Next to the barcode on the back: spinefarmrecords.com, republicrecords.com and Loma Vista, Rise Above, Republic and Spinefarm Records logo Barcode 602537597758 the same for both issues Fonttype and size the same for both issues Cover: If you have Ghost (so no mentioning of B.C. on both US and Euro pressing) Hope this helps
  16. I prefer the Nagaoka no 102 over Mobile Fidelity. I always use them on new or rare vinyl after cleaning.
  17. I also have the Daddy Pack (and no I am not selling the baby stuff, cause it looks way too cool). Did you find any red dust on the record and in the sleeves from the red pressing? My record was covered with it, but after cleaning it, it did not affect the sound quality luckily. I get the impression with Relapse that while bringing out ridiculous coloured limited editions they are not spending much time on the quality of the pressings...
  18. Got mine through Burning World Records on Saturday. The coloured vinyl looks amazing. And it was a total feast, since together with WIITR came the new LVMBAR (with Mike Scheidt of Yob) orange vinyl wich seems to be OOP already...
  19. Thanks for the update, almost missed out on this one. Ordered the milky clear version (shipping costs more than the record itself, but hey it's The Atlas Moth...)
  20. Since I think Undersmile is one of the major upcoming doom bands (next to their accoustic alter ego Coma Wall) I am really looking forward to the upcoming split between Bismuth and Undersmile. This split comes in 100 gold Cassette Tapes 100 Black/Red Vinyl LP's 200 Black Vinyl LP's Preorder here: http://tartarusrecords.com/album/split-2 I already pre-ordered the Black/Red, will be a long wait until January...
  21. Thx for the info... I am not going after a replacement with Relapse, sticking with a special limited mispress blue edition ;-) I have bought a new black vinyl pressing at their show two days ago. Totally down to earth people, really friendly, doing their own merch... It was great to meet them. The show was good, althought Little Devil is a small rock cafe in Tilburg with a terrible sound. But it was a good show, they played a solid set. Really looking forward to their Roadburn show in April...
