Doesn't click with me. At all. My opinion of course, they obviously have a fan base. I love their album artwork and some of their variants though ha.

Okay here goes... fucking Daylight/Superheaven. First off, this shit reminds me of butt rock on the real. Like indie three days grace or something. Don't get the hype, I understand the artwork and vinyl variants are cool but other than that...? Just my opinion. There's a few other bands in that scene that I feel like a ton of people like just because they feel like they need to. People who are really into RFC like allllllll of the bands. And No Sleep, etc. Don't get me wrong though, I love a lot of the bands on those labels/in that scene, but I feel like some are only getting attention for simply being on the label. Anyway, yeah. I've tried to give them like 5 chances... Daylight is butt.

The responses in my "give aways" have been cool. And I realized I just like giving music/art away to people who will enjoy it. So for this one I want to give away one of my art prints. I figured it's still relevant on this board because I've worked for bands, but I'm not gonna limit anyone to a specific print, it could be one of my personal illustrations. So here's the deal: whoever wins can choose any print of mine they see at www.coreypurvis.com or if they know of other things I've done that aren't on my website. (Like this shirt for TWIABP) The majority of my prints are 11x14" on 12x18" heavy weight paper. However, some sizes do vary and are typically listed on the website. They'll be signed and all that jazz. The only thing I ask for in this is that the winner covers shipping costs. I mail prints priority 2-day to avoid chances of them being bent and what not, so shipping is around $6 but comes with tracking/insurance. Sorry if that seems steep, as it's not media mail. Note: everything below the "symmetry" link on my website is personal work, not for a band. Although it may appear so. I think you might be right, if not on No Sleeps site then I think Hello Merch (la disputes mail order) might have them. Not 100% sure though as their records sell like hot cakes.

Just scored a green copy of this album for $31ppd (from a different user). There are still genuinely good people out there! Been searching for this album with a fair price tag for what seems forever. People treat this band's merch like gold.

this is probably one of the coolest I've seen from this release.

For real though, spinning this at 33rpm is tight. I actually have been purposely doing this, maybe it just sounds good to me and I'm weird, but it sounds like a real person regardless, compared to most records being spun at the incorrect speeds haha.
