  1. I don't believe in this until I hold 'em in my hands ... they were supposed to come in Oct., then 12/5 .. and now Feb.
  2. The bad pressing thing is with EVERY release of that Secretly Canadian/Dead Oceans/Jagjaguwar company stuff.
  3. The packaging is very cool and nicely done. The vinyl is full of defects and fingerprints, first LP - the regular album - is unplayable cause of radial runout...
  4. This is available again, was very hard to find for a long time! I just bought an OG copy a couple of months back for 50€. Shrink Also, the band released a new compilation of their film, TV and radio works...very good as well! Messier Objects
  5. where's that info on TMR re-issues from? that would be awesome!
  6. I don't see the point here. Why didn't they do it at the beginning of the year? I bought all re-issues, would have loved to have these in a box! I'd be totally in for a vinyl release of the Unearthed box!!
  7. Anybody has these? I pre-ordered, but heard nothing?!
  8. lovin' the sound! https://soundcloud.com/templesofficial/move-with-the-season-beyond-the-wizards-sleeve-remix
  9. Only 800!! http://www.roughtrade.com/albums/87761 We’re excited to announce details of Sun Restructured, a ‘re-animation’ of Temples’ much-acclaimed debut album, Sun Structures, by Beyond the Wizards Sleeve (Erol Alkan & Richard Norris) which is released on Heavenly Recordings on November 10th. Beyond the Wizards Sleeve have created an epic 42-minute re-working of Sun Structures, using five re-interpreted tracks (Sand Dance, Shelter Song, A Question Isn’t Answered, Golden Throne & Move With The Season) from the original album to form the spine of the record. Sun Restructured will be available as part of a deluxe CD and download re-issue package with the original album. Describing the record, Erol Alkan said: “Being asked to re-animate a whole album’s worth of material is an honour. We (in return) wanted to create something special. A record which could be listened to in one go, from start to finish, a listening experience that is becoming increasingly rare. So as well as a host of full Beyond The Wizards Sleeve re-animations here, there are interludes, ambience, ebb and flow…each section flowing into a bigger piece. We tried many things along the way: spoken word sections, days out collecting field recordings, yet ended up letting the original songs and their beautiful arrangements and melodies guide us. There is so much happening under the surface of Sun Structures, and deep within each track, it was a pleasure to dive in and see what we could find. it inspired us to pick up our guitars, plug in our synthesisers and add some wizardry on top. Enjoy this trip. And it is a trip.” Sun Structures was initially released in February and is one of the best selling vinyl releases of 2014 so far. The 12-track album, self-produced by the band’s James Bagshaw, has been a massive worldwide success.
  10. this is so cool! I am so pissed that BF RSD is only in the USA...means even much higher costs for peeps outside.
  11. Really would love to hear how these re-issues come out soundwise!
  12. OK, a nightmare came true. DHL online status says, delivered this morning. But nobody was here - it is gone. Sad but true. I still hope that the DHL guy just delivered that one wrong.
