We had a regional chain called cd world that would open at midnight for certain drops in the late 90s/early 00s. I remember going for White Pony and Iowa’s releases. They did a lot of in-stores too. Pretty sure the Deftones were there at midnight for that White Pony release.

I wound up just deleting the problematic albums from my library and then re-adding them. After doing this, everything synced fine. Not really sure what the glitch is but I’ll just start adding, deleting, then re-adding in the future to hopefully avoid the issue.

I’m moving the files over, and all the files transfer. The issue is it doesn’t seem to be recognizing the album to group them, so every track shows up as if it were an individual album. It’s the strangest thing.

Hey VC…this is a long shot, but I’m at my wit’s end and maybe someone here far more tech savvy than myself has a solution. I finally joined Soulseek and have started transferring mp3s to my Apple Music library. Everything transfers fine on my iMac, however, when I sync the library to my iPhone, almost every track is showing up as Uknown Album, putting my library in disarray. Does anyone know how to fix this? I’ve gone into the info of each track in Apple Music and verified everything is accurate - and it shows up properly sorted on the iMac. It’s just something about the syncing that is making things go haywire and it’s driving me nuts to not just be able to listen to an album straight through. Thanks in advance!

Nah, I checked with them. One variant per customer translated to one of each variant per customer (not multiple copies of each variant). So you were allowed to grab 1 of each.
