Agreed - I really appreciated the nods without the fanboy nostalgia-pandering.

I've listened a couple times and it's just not grabbing me. I was surprised by how much I liked Hardwired - this just feels like a lot of filler songs that most wouldn't care to ever see make their setlist. It's not bad by any means, but I'm also not walking around during the day catching myself humming any of the tunes to myself.

I got to see a screening of Evil Dead Rise last month - it's a good time and well acted, definitely worth checking out. I enjoyed it more than ED 2013.

I believe I read the smash and the splatter are each /1000.

The Jesus Talk with Jim DeFroque was fun, but a little long for my liking. I'll check out the next installments, but I won't be making a point to tune into it live. I grabbed more variants than I'll admit. Wish I could get a Ginza, hopefully Bengans will get some copies to throw up on their site at some point (I'm pretty sure they've done this with the last couple Ghost releases from Reaktor.

I'm debating it...this is the end of my California week trip that kicks off with the Halloween 45 Years of Terror convention in Pasadena. So expensive, but there is the convenience of 1 stop shopping, so to speak. Funny thing is....how do they follow up this lineup if it's a success?

I'd really like to grab that /100 but I couldn't care less for the other 2 releases in that sub. RFC seems like such a strange label for these guys.
