I appreciate the new sound for what it is. The album is good. I don't think, for my tastes, it meets or exceeds Brave Faces. That was just the niche formula that struck me so much. Can't wait to grab a copy locally and put it on while I'm cooking.

As someone who has only had vinyl for about 20 years (and seriously collected for 12), I can say that I've had many experiences with pressing issues on newer vinyl, that I don't really see on pressings from the 80s and prior. I think when demand died with CDs, quality control became lackluster at the few remaining plants. Just a guess...

Can confirm it is a solid pressing. I've listened to it several times.

Definitely, probably, a fine cleaning method. Most of the time I just use a brush 🤷‍♂️. Still sounds rad! I could probably stand to wet clean some of my quieter albums but who has the time?

They were one of the first bands I ever saw live and were a favorite for a long time. I think you'll be pleased with how it sounds. 😁

I just want the Menora Mejora EP. That was my favorite collection of SA for a long time. I'll eventually pick this up probably.

The original was a 2LP too, so it's about the same. Hopefully more will pop up once the pressing is finalized.

I was blessed with the (all too infrequent) opportunity to listen to this (sides A and b) this morning. The sound is great! I did notice the gaps between tracks seemed longer than I remember, but it's a minor thing. All in all, this is a great reissue.

God. I bought SO MANY records during COVID "lockdown." So much that I had stacks on the floor by my (full) shelves. We have since had customs installed, but I could still stand to thin out the collection.
