As everyone else has said, the US variants suck. 180g would be nice to listen to, but white sucks. Went with the splatter.

What is your setup? Mine has a little bit of surface noise, but sounds excellent overall. The B side in particular.

It's an IKEA Kallax and I built the backing and spacers myself. EDIT: Oops sorry, didn't read that right. Those shelves are also IKEA and like 12 bucks a pop.

Just finished a DIY project with my IKEA Kallax bookshelf.

So I just got my copy today, it either is leftovers from the first pressing or they duplicated everything. Barcode, matrix runout, everything. The sound is mostly good, but not deadly silent. Some crackles and pops...

Yeah, they are fantastic. Every single one has been one of the best pressings I have listened too. I have Maiden Voyage, Midnight Blue and The Big Beat all on the way.

Same. I have a lot of haze...nothing like this...it's bad.

So I got all 3 variants today... The red haze has sand or vinyl or dust all over it. Gritty. The half black/clear A/B is uhh...black

My store ordered it and didn't get any. Oh well. I did end up with Clutch and Foo Fighters - Songs from the laundry room. Was hoping for White Stripes too, but he didn't get it. Oh and... Entered a contest for a Pro-ject Debut Carbon and WON. F yeah!

You cant go wrong. I love original stereo Blue Note pressings, and have several original mono pressings (when my wallet can afford it), the Music Matters are the best I've ever heard. Some of the best jazz vinyl I've ever heard, period. I'm fascinated to see how much they are worth in 50 years. Are there any pressing numbers on them?
