  1. Because of the fact that you have to pay to "join". Because of the fact that the variants are overpriced, imo. I'm very frugal about my hobby purchases, so I may be the outlier here.
  2. Grabbed the purple/blue Tuesday for $16 ppd. Would rather give my money to Mike than any other label.
  3. I saw an ad for this on facebook ,and thought this would've been the universal response here.
  4. And... Over a week later, I get a merchnow email telling me it's out of stock.
  5. Is this common practice? http://www.ebay.com/sch/m.html?_odkw=&_ssn=njbc&hash=item58d726c08a%3Ag%3A5QUAAOSwoudW4owz&item=381566763146&_osacat=0&_from=R40&_trksid=p2046732.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.H0.Xrsd+2016.TRS0&_nkw=rsd+2016&_sacat=0
  6. Isn't this dark blue/yellow? Ataris, The 'Anywhere But Here' Orange yellow swirl HT 11 Do you have a pic?
  7. I know I'm digging up a really old thread here, but I saw these guys in Chicago tonight and they were amazing! Anybody still have a copy of this they're not attached to?
  8. He has to spin it to get it going? What the actual fuck?
  9. This is identical to the posts on my sports card forum where people think their mass overproduced 1990s topps cards are going to put their kid through college.
  10. Saw it at my LRS today, but could not justify the price.
  11. Grabbed the regular release for $20 at the LRS today.
  12. Stores still have them obviously. I also still see people rooting through the $5 dvd bin at walmart, but it's definitely not the norm anymore. My local Best Buy has the music section shoved way off to the side. I actually had to look for it. It used to be front and center when you walked in the door.
  13. Nah, you're good, I think. People seem to love to overpay for shit in NY.
  14. This isn't meant to sound douchey, but there aren't a lot of CDs being sold anywhere anymore. Even at Best Buy, the music section is now an afterthought.
  15. Got this in today, with a very nice thank you note from danthemjfan23
  16. I've been into more than one FYE in different parts of the country, and have never seen a "good" price on a record. That's great that some people may work there, but their prices suck and they deserve the shade that comes their way. People work at my local record store too, and their prices are more than fair on every release.
