After last week's experience with Amazon sending me an empty LP mailer missing my Ryan Adams 7" and doing nothing but refunding my money so I could go pay double for it at a shop in town, I'm fairly gun shy about dealing with them again....

Honestly I'd like to see a pressing of Phish's Slip, Stitch, & Pass. It was never given a vinyl release, and I've always thought it was a very fun live album that showcased them performing a more laid back set in an intimate venue. It also features some neat front cover work from Storm Thorgerson who is also known for creating the cover for Pink Floyd's epic Dark Side of the Moon.

I received my copy Saturday, and I had the same issue as you. It came out of the inner sleeve noticeably scratching due to dust and grit. I cleaned it as best I could before playing but did have a skip-back spot in one track. I've never gotten a brand new record before that was like this, so is this something that is common now?

I finally got some one to help me today and within a few minutes had my order shipped out. Very unhappy and won't be hurrying to do business with them again.

I'm sure mine is somewhere in the hands of Fedex since they had it to begin with before handing it over to the post office. Frustration free to whom??? Certainly not me who has been waiting a month for a record he has already been charged for...smdh

They sent my record in an LP mailer that has no closed sides on it..it's basically a sheet of cardboard folded in half sealed at one end. The sides are totally wide open and can hold nothing, so it came with no record in it.

Can anyone here tell me how I can get in touch with No Sleep other than messaging their website or Facebook? I ordered some stuff near a month ago and cannot get them to respond to me any way I try and would really like either my merch or to file a claim with Paypal for my money back.

I'm sure as hell glad I cancelled my pre-order for Heartbreaker with them and got it at Bullmoose instead! I'm just totally upset over this kind of crappy customer service.

I've never dealt with Amazon concerning vinyl before and after this won't be dealing with them at all for anything in the future. If I had known I could make them replace it I would have. Lesson learned, customer lost...

I can't get No Sleep to even answer a message for me.. I ordered something damn near a month ago and can't get a response from them no matter which route I take to contact them shy of a phone number. Same here. It was there this morning, but noticed it was gone this evening. My order still says processing, so kinda hoping for a hard post tomorrow or monday/tuesday possibly...and if not, Bullmoose or my local guy it depends on..

My order still says "Pre-order" on their site, but the stuff I ordered is out and has been for a bit now. One was released the first of last month and the other was the new Rocky album and I know people already have them , hell the store down the road has the tri-colored ones..
