I messaged SubPop, and they told me Amazon doesn't sell Loser Editions. So it looks like no.

This isn't actually a Loser Edition though. But I still wouldn't expect Amazon to have any yellow ones.

I saw new copies of A Thousand Leaves, Murray Street, and Sonic Nurse today at my local record store. They also had a sealed, limited color pressing of Experimental Jet Set for $150.

Are the grey limited to any specific number? That's all my local shop had when I picked it up yesterday

I've wondered that as well. I haven't been to a record store in the past week but I know there are some locally, but I'm surprised that's all the y would have.

Now I wish I'd ordered the cream reissue, despite having an original. Maybe a local shop will have it in stock on release day.

Not sure if it's actually opaque or not, but if so that's a big improvement over the translucent version posted before.

Sonic Boom in Seattle said in their Friday email they have some grey ones. 

Got my grey variant from Midheaven today. Just flipped to side B, sounds great so far! 

 

Packaging is great as well. Gatefold is really thick cardboard like the mewithoutYou's Pale Horses, for those that also have that one. The vinyl is a medium grey with subtle splatter.

For comparison's sake:

Glad I'm not a fan of rainbows and didn't order this. One shouldn't expect the exact same thing shown on a render, but this is WAY different. As others have pointed out, there are a number of obvious reasons why this is nothing like the mockup. I personally would be a bit disappointed.

On the plus side, I'm super pleased with the way my olive/bone turned out.

I'm hoping the sleeve is a die cut and it's a bummer theres no deluxe/limited variant of the release. Also no tape?   

 

It's 2015 and tapes still suck.

Midheaven shipped last week and according to tracking, USPS tried to deliver it to my office Saturday (closed). So I should have it Monday.

Oh interested in Ambivalence Avenue for sure. 

Excellent! I need Goo, Dirty, and Washing Machine. Not that I don't need the others (My g/f has Daydream Nation), but those are the 3 I want most.

Sigh, a couple of my sleeves were glued too. Didn't realize what the problem was, as I hadn't seen the previous posts about it here. The 1st one came out ok, and I noticed the glue. Third one wasn't so lucky and I ended up with an inch and a half tear on the face of the sleeve. The insert was also stuck but I managed to get that one out without damage. 

Disappointed in this album compared to Afraid of Heights. Seems less mature and a bit more straight up pop-punk. Surfiness is still present but subtle. Just not really into it. 

Oh yes - been wondering when these guys would release a new one.
