I've paid $100+ for Mark Kozelek vinyl in the past, but I can't bring myself to buy the Jesu / Sun Kil Moon album. I find it unlistenable.

The update today on this project says that the GoFundMe campaign has ended successfully, but the vinyl LPs are not expected until November or so due to back-ups at the pressing plant.

Thanks for sharing! I read 5 or 6 of the reviews and enjoyed the writing style and the insights. I guess the only thing I might hope for next time is more personal pictures of the items you are reviewing, especially the special editions and such. It looks like you are using all stock photos: I would love to see actual pictures of the actual LPs in a real world setting

Newbury Comics had that limited colored Civilian pressing a couple of months ago. Maybe they will have a limited colored version of the new album too?

The last album 'Shriek' had a limited colored vinyl pressing. I think I will wait a few days and see if a CV pressing of the new album is announced somewhere. The song they released today sounds great! The guitar sound is back.
