I loved the Devils! I watched it a few years ago on some random streaming site and many parts of it have stuck with me ever since. I do agree that the censorship on the movie to improve the rating was a bit of a bummer. Apparently *that* scene you're talking about was a key scene. If anyone is able to find a mostly original version please let me know as well!

In other news, I watched Chopping Mall (1986) on Shudder tonight and oh man. Definitely a "so bad its good". Over the top cheesy script, 80's boobs, ridiculous gore. Plot that doesn't make much sense. Its silly but it was a fun watch, I can see how its become a bit of a cult classic

I've been doing the same lately. Plus my local theatre has been showing all kinds of throwback horror movies lately as well as stuff you just wouldn't discover anywhere else. One of the staff members always does a short introduction of the film before he plays it and explains how he found it and any stories he has about it. They really seem to care about what they do! And its interesting to hear their insights beforehand so you go into the film with a little more background knowledge.

Anybody see "X" in theatres yet? Or are you planning too? I keep hearing really good things
