[PO] ESPRIT 空想 (George Clanton) - virtua.zip
lethalenforcer replied to EHughes527's topic in Vinyl Collective Message Board
Mine's arriving Thursday. Naturally looks way different than the original mockup, but I dig it. Can't wait to own this. -
The wait will be worth it - the first two episodes debut that night, and then immediately following their airing the next two eps (3 & 4) will be available online. Excited to take the next day off of work.

Very much so! -
PO Now Run The Jewels 3

I think it's more than that. The Indie Gold *with pendant* alone is /2000 according to BM (I think TTL said that version is /3000). So I'd imagine the plain gold with no extras is quite a bit more. -

I think he means he listened to The Hateful Eight to whet his Morricone appetite until The Thing is released. -

The black/orange is out of stock again, so they may have just unearthed like 50 copies. -
Official OST and Film Score Thread
lethalenforcer replied to jipc's topic in Vinyl Collective Message Board
Original live re-score composed and performed by Morricone Youth inspired by George Miller's Classic 1979 Australian Dystopian Action Film. Brian Kantor also drums with Nina Persson of The Cardigans, Nathan Larson of Shudder to Think, Higgins, Fruit Bats, Yellowbirds and Sam Cohen. The synths and keyboards used were all analog, mostly owned by Joe McGinty (of Psychedelic Furs/Loser's Lounge) and maintained in Carousel Vintage Recording Studio where we tracked with engineer Steve Silverstein (regular TapeOp contributor and member of Christmas Decorations). The album was mixed by World Inferno Friendship Society founder/keyboardist Scott Hollingsworth (who has also engineers and mixes for Sean Lennon, Ghost of the Saber Tooth Tiger and Yuka Honda, amongst others). "Buttercream splatter" is just a fancy way of saying yellow. BM tells it like it is. -
PO: Elliott Smith - Either/Or Expanded Edition

BM: "The additional content features five live multi-track recordings from the Yo Yo A Go Go Festival in Olympia WA in 1997, as well as three previously unreleased studio recordings and one b-side gem. The double LP is packaged in a gatefold jacket that includes an insert of the original liner notes, a postcard of the original master tapes, and several never-before seen photos." -

PO NOW: The Shins - Heartworms

That was my first thought, but have they ever actually repressed something before? Maybe they're planning on it. -
PO NOW: The Shins - Heartworms
lethalenforcer replied to lethalenforcer's topic in Vinyl Collective Message Board
Agree. Or just wait a few months before they "find" copies of this and list them at $44.99. I figured they were dropping something big today. That's their model the day after a coupon sale. Expected The Strokes but The Shins are their second favorite. -

Noticed that, too. And they stopped mentioning it in the e-mail announcements. It seems like their exclusives lately haven't been selling out. Maybe they're testing to see if sales are better when consumers don't know the pressing quantity. -
