  1. I’m honestly not sure, lots of people got them so maybe not a test press but an error press? Besides coming in a generic sleeve the only difference I can tell is that the mastering is a lot louder.
  2. Got my bundle today, it came with the test press. It was worth it. The postage on the box was $30.71, they charged what they paid almost exactly.
  3. That's fair I can see your point, I guess I don't view one color or another as better but I can see why some would. If a label said it was going to press a certain amount then pressed more I'd be pissed but besides that I'd say it's all good. Just define the pressings as separate and I don't after that.
  4. I don’t see any problem with this, it’s a clearly different pressing from the first. It’s not like they extended the run and from what they originally said. Labels are allowed to repress.
  5. Well I called the number and cancelled the order just a heads up, the lady was really nice and it seems like they are fully aware of the issue.
  6. I'm still giving them to the same people but I need to actually get them in hand! It's frustrating.
  7. Ohh, well obviously not now. But it was something I thought would be cool.
  8. $142.08 was the cost with shipping, what's not to believe?
  9. If you try and send an email to that address now you get an error saying it can't be delivered. I'm extra bummed because I paid for 5 copies that were going to be given out at Christmas time to a record collecting group.
  10. It's too late to file a claim with paypal, I don't even know how to get the labels attention, the emails are getting bounced back...
  11. She sent this out 4 months ago so we know she signed them already and the record has been in stores for months...
  12. Speaking of, I just got this email... Hello, Thanks again for purchasing the HELLRAISER collector's cube. It's come to our attention that the pattern on the box is incorrect, so we're honestly not sure what dimension this thing will open. During production we created a series of complex vector images for the design, and when it went to print we had some wires cross resulting in an inaccurate Lament Configuration. We're currently in the process of reprinting the box to the correct specification. It may take a few months for the corrected boxes to land (as they are manufactured in China), but rest assured you will have a 100% accurate box during the second quarter of 2018. Just a note, the box error doesn’t affect the sound or quality of the individual records or sleeves, so please continue to enjoy Christopher Young's iconic score in the meantime. We sincerily appreciate your understanding, and thanks to all our fellow HELLRAISER fans for noticing the error. Spencer Hickman Death Waltz Recording Company/Mondo
  13. Who are these being delivered by in the states? USPS or someone else?
  14. This has been a crazy wait, 8 months since purchasing and 3 months since she tweeted out pictures of the records being signed. Not even an update.
  15. Artist, film maker and cinematographer Arthur Jafa presented a Listening Session on 9 September 2017 with musicians Steve Coleman, Morgan Craft, Micah Gaugh, Melvin Gibbs, Kokayi Issa, Jason Moran and performance artist Okwui Okpokwasili, celebrating his exhibition ‘A Series of Utterly Improbable, Yet Extraordinary Renditions’ at the Serpentine Sackler Gallery. The dismembered jazz ensemble improvised simultaneously but separately at secret ‘Black Sites’ across London. The resulting music was live streamed to the Serpentine Sackler Gallery, where Okwui Okpokwasili performed, devising a time-based work accompanying the discordant soundtrack. The Listening Session was recorded direct-to-disc on The Vinyl Factory Lathe, which was installed in the Gallery.
