    Yeah - they're a mess.  They finally got back to me and just refunded me without really any explanation as to what happened.  It's safe to say, unless I'm hopefully wrong, that if anyone didn't get a confirmation email from the store (even if you got it from Paypal), you won't get your order and eventually get refunded.

  2. Along with other people (some on this board), I was charged fully on my card for the black/white vinyl and got the Paypal notification - but no store confirmation email.  They refunded me today and basically just gave a 'we don't know what happened' reason.   It's whatever, as there will hopefully be more variants in the future - but just a heads up for the other people it happened to.   Hopefully some will get it though.

    Nothing shows up in my order section on my account, but I got charged and have the invoice #.  I'll be pissed if it doesn't go through, because I would have just picked up the red but that's sold out now.

    Same.   Not sure what happened there, but sent them a message.   I got charged though and there is an invoice # and Paypal transaction #.   Preparing to get screwed though.

    I haven't gotten my order either (been about a month and a half).  Messaged them and finally heard back and they are deeming my package 'lost' and are supposed to be sending me out a new order, so I don't know.  The 'no tracking' thing is problematic.

    Yeah they completely changed the terms under which people thought they were ordering--i.e. limited copies/bundles. Say what you will about that making sense from a business standpoint, that's going to upset some folks for sure.  

    I obviously want the band to get their money, but to change the terms and pressing numbers is not a great idea.  They should have just pressed up different variants when the others sold out.
