unfortunately, there's not much you can do in that situation. i got a 7" once that was listed in VG condition and it was TRASHED. i wouldn't even put it on my turntable. but it's a subjective situation, i sent the guy an email telling him that there was noooo way that record was VG, and he just argued that his definition of VG is just different than mine. you just kinda have to resign.

dude, the love and rockets collections are a MESS. there are the original chronological ones, there are the newer ones collected by character, collections by which brother did them... there's tons of overlap, it's a mess. all i can say is... pick one of the styles of collection and stick with it, eventually you'll get it all.

i'm not holding my breath. it's been a long time since they announced it, and it's gonna be a long time till it comes out. but when it does, i'll be there waiting in line. diablo 1 and 2 devoured many many many many years of my life.

hey everyone, this series has been getting rave reviews and everyone seems to love it, but i just can't get into it. the story is cool though, it's kind of like "what would happen if superman decided to be bad?" anyway, it's written by mark waid (kingdom come) and drawn by peter krause (the guy who drew power of shazam, not the actor). i am selling issues 1 through 6, all first prints, and will include a second print copy of #2 as well. so that's 7 issues for $20ppd. BOOM! does a bunch of different covers for their comics, and a few of these are "cover b", so that probably makes them more rare.

if you go back and watch the first movie again, it hasn't aged well. it has it's moments, but yeah... not great. i back the documentary about troy duffy, interesting flick. this movie has been in the works for like... 6, 7 years now? longer? i'll go see it, but no high hopes.

i don't think you'll really see a big difference in how marvel is run. marvel max will still be around. you'll just see some disney comics carrying the marvel brand, and i'm sure their biggest motivation is being able to brand the marvel movies with the disney logo. movies bring in more money than comics by far.

what i've been reading that rules: detective comics - greg rucka, jh williams iii, dave stewart. these guys are KILLING it. these are comic books like they've never been done before. blackest night - yeah, this has been ruling, tons of murder. and the batman tie-in is looking good too. marvels project - i loved this. darwyn cooke's the spirit - darwyn cooke is a fucking master.
