I can't imagine they cleared all the samples since then, i'm assuming this is a reissue of the substituted sample version?

I wonder why they didn't do it still moves.. considering it just got reissued and would make a little more sense.

all shipping costs are worked into the total price of each shop item or AOTM for US buyers. just saying they should waive the crate fee from the store if they are shipping both types of orders together. if i'm not mistaken, their whole push for that $6/mo fee was that it was the shipping cost basically (and to see what's in the store)
