if it was an email generated through paypal then it was probably that. It should say their merchant name in the email. I received two confirmations of shipping, one from them and one from paypal.

After receiving my brown/burgundy splatter (sounds great btw), I'm leaning more towards the Eu retail variant ugh. Really hoping there will be a tour variant edit: apparently a lot of people are reporting surface noise issues with the clear-based splatters, can anyone confirm this? my brown/burgundy copy is completely silent.

do you guys order black over the colored variants under the impression it will sound better? I've never understood why people voluntarily pick the generic black copy when other (cooler?) variants are just as easily accessible (serious question)

especially the way they worded the variant "Translucent Brown/Burgundy Splatter" seeing as they omitted the word "with" they could probably get away with that referencing the color of the splatter (although i'm hoping this wasn't the idea)

i'm imagining it will look mediocre like the purple/pink variant of the boris reissue but who knows. I think a lot of people opted for the clear splatter because it was "more limited". I already have enter on that variant so naturally opted for the brown/burg, itching to see how it turned out as well

This was an error with the initial run of Capitol and XL represses. The odds of actually getting the Parlophone pressing in Capitol (or XL) sleeves nowadays is rather slim, especially with HTTT and Amnesiac. I have a Parlo pressing of HTTT that was housed in Capitol sleeves (from about 2 years ago) and can vouch it sounds incredible.
