Yea, I only listened to Sepultura albums Chaos AD and Roots. Remember this was a time when listening to music meant that you had to physically own the album and I did not have lots of money for music. You also couldn't just go on Youtube or Myspace or whatever and listen to an album before you bought it. Makes me want to listen to that now. I think I only really liked the first Soulfly album, and thought that I really liked the second one when it came out and then I slowly started realizing how much it sucked and was not Sepultura. I got into Pantera like 3 years after they broke up. I even saw them at ozzfest in like 98 or something like that and I was like "meh". I used to be stupid.....and some would argue still am. Metal bands that I still have tons of respect for are Pantera, Sepultura, and Slipknot even after all of these years and can go back and listen to it with the same excitement and passion for it. I was a big fan of RATM as well and still get stoked when I hear pretty much anything off of evil empire, but everything else I am kinda meh on.

I had a nu-metal phase that then morphed into a technical punk/metal phase (Strung Out & Bigwig) in the late 90's that eventually morphed into a punk/emo phase in the early 00's that morphed into a punk/emo/hardcore phase around 2003 that has eventually morphed into a punk/hardcore/emo/folk/pop/rap/country/skrillex phase so for the majority I just listen to music and enjoy all varieties. My jams were... Slipknot Sepultura Soulfly Korn Limp Bizkit (I even rocked out to this as recently as 3 months ago and oddly still enjoyed it, even the new stuff) Coal Chamber (lived on a farm and we always had big trucks, so the song big truck was very fitting) Sevendust Snot (still probably would be listening to them if they were still together) Fear Factory - were they nu-metal? I don't know, but I listened to them a lot. Have pretty much always listened to Deftones the whole time since before white pony.

I ride and race mostly mountain. I have a nice HT that I used to race that I have pretty much given to my wife. I mostly ride my rigid single speed (Haro Mary w/ Niner carbon fork) and my full suspension geared mountain bike (Specialized Epic Carbon Comp) both are pretty tricked out and upgraded. All mountain bikes are 29'rs. I also have a cyclocross bike that I ride road/gravel with. I race Xterra's and XC mountain bike races. Lots of good fun.

I've bought furniture off of CL and it turned out decent. Both times I wasn't buying out of the ghetto and everything was legit and nice. I sold drums for probably too cheap and moved them in less than 24 hours. Had a bunch of people emailing me about them and probably half were scammers. I once sold some electronic junk (dvd drives, video cards, etc.) for $20 to a skank dude who had to call like three dif. times and change when he was coming, had to borrow his gf car and showed up and his kids were running around my house all reeking of smoke. After that I vowed to myself that I am not going to sell anything on CL under $100. It just isn't worth my time and I would rather give it away or throw it away. The other thing is I don't want people to know what shit I have in my house and when I'm home or away. From now on if I am selling or buying something I am going to suggest that we meet in a public place so no shenandigans go down. Another weird story is that we once found two stray pugs at like 2AM outside our house and we put up an ad saying we found them and looking for the owners. In like 8 hours there were people who were trying to claim that they were theirs or just straight up saying that they weren't theirs but they would take them....weird

I used to have what.cd and I loved it but I didn't use it for a few months and lost it. I will trade a tvtorrents invite for a what.cd invite. PM me.

I watched every episode of Lost and Jericho and this show is nothing compared to them. I wanted to like this but gave up after two episodes. The acting was horrible, the plot was predictable, the dialog was cheesy. I already follow a rediculous amount of TV shows and this one just doesn't fit in.

I feel pretty much the same way as Kyle. Apple is one of the best marketed companies of all time and that is about all the nice things I can say about them. Doesn't anyone remember the Mac vs. PC comercials? It was pretty much the same thing. Boring/nerdy pc guy vs. hipster cool funny mac guy..... Anyone who has their world shaken by a phone commercial needs to get outside more.

I played soccer (fall/winter/spring) in high school and intramural in college. I ran track 800m & relays in high school. After college with a sedentary job I started to get a little bigger and pretty weak/doughy so I started training and competing in triathlons and mountain biking. They are fun to do with other people but by no means necessary to have other people participate in order to do them. I just purchased this beauty and it is fast and a blast!

I got a record dropped off the other day and the mailman rang the door bell. My father in law was watching my 5 month old and opened the door while holding her and my dog ran outside and usually when she is outside she likes to run. My father in law told the mailman "I think if you come inside she will come back in, I don't think she will bite you" and he did so and my dog came back into the house and proceeded to act all tough with growling and running around the house but no attacking or anything. The mailman said, "I usually wouldn't have done that, but you had a baby in your hands and I didn't want you to have to chase down the dog". Every time I see the mailman I smile and wave and he would reply back by name....at first I thought to myself "how in the hell do you know me?" and then I was like.....oh yea. Long story short. Cool mailman is cool.

If you want to get better at running.......you should.......run. Workouts like these will not make you a better runner. Maybe short distances, but nothing like 10 miles or even close to a marathon.

First world problems... I like how nobody pointed out the fact that there is NOTHING wrong with the computer. Only cosmetic damage caused by a drop. I guess this just proves that Apple products are more about being a fashion statement than a computer company. The only MAC product I have ever bought was the 1g shuffle. It was ok. I didn't know this, but you have to make an appointment for them to work on your stuff? Wow...lame.

I was listening to this the other day and was thinking how it is so good and everything else FATA did was........not Why hasn't this been pressed. Am I the only one who would want it on vinyl? How come I never see this album on the "should be pressed list"

I have a HTPC connected to my TV. It's running Windows 7 and I have it autostart Windows Media Center on start up. I get cable/antenna through the single analog/digital tuner card. You can plug in antenna or cable coax into the card. I stream Netflix through a plugin with Windows Media Center. I download torrents on my main pc and share them over the network and can watch downloaded tv/movies via the shared folder. I also have a built in blu ray player for playing dvd's/blue rays. You have to use a 3rd party blu ray software as there is yet to be a free blu ray support in windows media center (as far as I know). I think this is exactly what you are wanting. The two biggest things are hard drive space due to the storage that the tuner cards save tv data (especially digital HD). I think it's something around 4 to 5 gigs an hour of HD digital. So I would get no less than a terabyte. The second is video card playing HD video. I have an onboard Radeon with an HDMI port to the tv and it has been working fine for me at 720p. I hope this helps. Also, is this going to go into a closet, or is it going to be like a receiver? If it is going to be out in the open you will want cheap/quiet/cool. Pick 2. Have you thought about retracing it after it fades? Only you would know the difference. In fact, I should just put autographs on everything from templates of autographs online or whatever and sell some shit for some $$, no-one would know the difference.
