  1. I've got this on cassette. That's all I'll ever need. Or, I'm gonna go see if copies are still available...
  2. Got both packages today, well worth the wait. Got the Cock Sparrer Essentials box set, pretty sweet.
  3. I'm still waiting on 2 separate orders...that I made on April 4th and 10th. The tracking information they emailed me stayed at the "received notification" status for 5 days before an update on the first order, and the other is still there. Pirates have good records and we just passed Record Store Day, so I hope this isn't the norm for them.
  4. I noticed that, too, and thought it was a little odd. Maybe it's because the copyright was renewed when the picture disc came out a few years ago? Does that match up with that release?
  5. I didn't think my reds are exceptionally thin, they just seem like regular records. Maybe because just about everything is pressed on 180 anymore people aren't used to regular pressings? Either way, I think the reds sound pretty great. I mean, it sounds like OPIV and every other version I've heard, so it's good.
  6. I have a kick ass basement. And a comfortable sectional couch.
  7. I'll sell you a record covered in piss. It won't sound like shit, it'll sound like piss. And it'll be one of a kind, I promise, because I won't piss on two of the same record.
  8. Is it not weird to anybody else this is out through Victory? Anti-Heros were always pretty solid about being on their label, just kind of seems odd to me. Pumped either way for the release!
  9. Worth $20, if it's something you're gonna listen to. I got it when it came out in 19whatever and still go back to it from time to time. Architects are pretty good, too. That doesn't really answer your questions about how common/rare it is, but maybe it'll push you one way or another!
  10. If you want to stay here, you don't say this out loud. Because it's such a privilege, right? It could be worse...I could start collecting Used records.
  11. For what it is, Train isn't too bad. It's shitty radio pop rock, but they do have some catchy songs. That being said, there are 7"s I'd drop over $100 on - but I wouldn't put $20 down for a Train LP.
  12. I got a copy of the MOV repress when it was first released, but it's on black, so I can't tell you for colors. I actually wasn't aware of any legitimate color represses, but that doesn't mean much!
  13. Not surprised in the least. I'm hoping it goes the way of the OFWTH/RBG/DTM tour split from last summer - silly prices when first popped up on eBay, then dropped off after the tour was over and surplus hit the web stores. My fingers are crossed!
  14. 2 copies? I'd be happy with one! I'm afraid eBay in about 3 or 4 months is gonna be my only option.
  15. Every time I've ever sold anything, I always tend to do better when I separate the auctions (records, comics, etc.), so I would suggest that you sell them separately. I know from my own perspective I've passed on records that I wanted because they were bundled with stuff I already had or just didn't want.
  16. Thanks for the link. I found their site a while back when I was searching, but I didn't think to actually contact them...so much for thinking I'm smart!
  17. I posted this on vinylengine, but got no responses. The serial number is further down where I copied the message from Technics. Hopefully somebody here can help me! I've researched as much as I seemingly can, but I can't seem to find any way to decipher my serial number. All that I can find is that, mostly as a footnote, this format exists for early production models, but no more information than that. I would appreciate your help! Also, I contacted Technics, and here's how that went (extremely unhelpful): Me: I have a Technics SL-1200MK2-A and would like to know when it was manufactured. The serial number is MJ6512F042 and all I can find about it is that format is from early MK2's, but that's it. I appreciate any help you can offer! Them: Thank you for your inquiry, This model unit was introduced in 2004. The manufacture date should be located at the back of the main unit. We hope this information is helpful. Thank you for contacting Panasonic.
  18. It would be cool if DKM would go back to releasing 7"s, it used to be a lot of fun when they'd put splits and stuff out. It seemed like they always had something coming out, but I guess that's typical for a band when they're starting out. Anyway, the baseball thing looks cool, so I ordered it, too. I also forced myself into buying the Live at Fenway LP, but being a completist seems a bit silly now that I'll have 3 live albums from them.
  19. How was their chemistry on stage? I never really knew why they called it quits to begin with, but if they were having a good time and this record does decently enough, maybe they'll get back out there.
  20. Yep, I want to buy or trade for this. If you have it, please sell it to me. I'll say thank you.
  21. Looking forward to this actually getting released. Wish I could have seen the show, bet it was a fun night.
  22. Is anybody liking The Old Firm Casuals? I like the Army of One 7", but before that I couldn't really get into it.
