from black board... adam from jawbreaker stated "they probably did about half as many as clear" ... but i recall the green variant being a bit more scarce. was there ever an actual confirmation on the pressing info? possibly 1500 clear, 500 green?

Per Barsuk's newsletter... "It's been 10 years since Barsuk released Rilo Kiley's debut full-length CD, take offs and landings. Doesn't it seem like this album should be released on vinyl some point soon? Stay tuned..." thrilled... to say the least!

in regards to this "best of" moz compilation to be released.... "suedehead the best of morrissey" annihilates this one and that last "best of" comp from 1 or two years ago. an outstanding release on the "bona drag" 2x12" reissue though.... if i had a choice between morrissey vinyl and morrissey rekkids.... vinyl! ... "such a little thing makes such a big difference" to quote the greatness, which is Morrissey... "Most people keep their brains between their legs."

i have the brown bunny original motion picture soundtrack LP, sealed. the copies i have seen, including my own, are on transparent orange vinyl. offers and trades are welcome...

looking forward to the new popes LP! liking the artwork for the album.. didn't care for the one from the prior album. so asian man stated that the LP will have a download of the album... will the interpunk exclusive also contain a download?

and to think i was going to order about five on white... ordered one so my order doesn't get cancelled and i miss out... wish jade tree would have chosen a color other than white though... on a side note... think there's going to be another color to be announced later on? like with cap'n jazz's LP on white ...then the even more limited clear issue? are the jets to brazil LP's to be reissued? have only heard about pedro the lion's catalog...

i recall winning several auctions from Steve and his company (aural exploits) numerous times with no complaints on ebay... then they opened the online store with the Harold and Maude, elliott smith exclusives and such which was a definite plus... then came that exclusive yellow vinyl Mazzy Star LP which never happened (the band said no way to the color) and upon countless emails to AE.. and no replies, i filed a complaint with the BBB which panned out. i find the prices for their LP's are quite reasonable (especially for the plain recordings LP's) and i used to frequent their website once or twice a week for their new arrivals and restocks, but nothing striking as of the last couple months.. so... it wavers, from customer to customer.

so i'm looking to convert my precious vinyl to digital... and am browsing around for an exceptional usb audio interface. the igriffin one was a bit.. blah. suggestions?

merci! surprisingly good soundtrack... the bonus dialogue is the icing on cake! i've seen what some folks are dishing out for this gem on ebay... ...conjoined with a dvd of the film would have made this release a bit more appealing!

one of my fave albums of the year... thus far. sub pop did a fine job with this one... check out their site for a presentation of the album. rather than a jacket with a separate booklet, the jacket itself is an "art" book with the record sleeve attached. somewhat similar to the vinyl housing for sigur ros' 10" on "takk..." and vincent gallo's "when" LP...

in regards to my previous message.. that was a while ago when i inquired. just got some great news moments ago from Mike @ Asian Man: "yes we did release it. But have not put it up for sale yet. Letting the QUEERS have first run with it at their shows. Should have it up in January." hell yes.

of all the lookout releases to be reissued on vinyl, this would be on the top of my list. i asked the recess records folks about a possible vinyl release with no reply... Mike from Asian Man stated they might... i have the 7" releases which compiles most of the songs... however, a 2x12" LP of this gem would be rad... especially if it includes the live set.

I ended up picking up just the vinyl format for $19.99, which didn't specify the color... only mentioned red in the vinyl bundle. I contacted Richard to clarify "first 200 on red" as perhaps it is the first 200 orders? He stated that Redeye is handling all the shipping of the pre-orders, and isn't completely sure. I'm hoping that mine is on lovely red....

Jim re-pressed the vinyl format of Bleed American in 2003 on their Western Tread label, which included a lyric insert. The original from 2001, which was pulled after 9/11 on Dreamworks did not have an insert. Clarity was repressed on vinyl in 2009 ... the 10 year anniversary of the album. I'll be selling the original LP's Bleed American on Dreamworks, as well as Clarity on BWR on either 22AUG10 of 29AUG10... on ebay. I may also be selling the Jejune split....

i used to have the tour copy of "they love those..." and the 12" of "the boom..."; sold them on ebay a while ago. i believe to have seen 12" test pressings of "the medicine" and "better off without air" on someone's collection online, but can't quite recall. we're these two albums officially released on vinyl? if not... they need to be.
