  1. Thanks all. I'm really glad you dig em. I'm going to try and do these more often, so stay tuned for new ones, and spread the word if you know anyone you think might get a kick out of them. (Also, put your mouse pointer over the newest one for an easter egg of sorts...)
  2. Hey Kids, I'm not sure if I posted this on here before, but I know theres some comic fans on this board, and if you're a fan of Batman or silly illustrations or both, you might dig this site I do called "Me and Batman". Basically it documents when myself and the dark knight hang out and do surprisingly regular stuff. Check it out, if you're so inclined, and let me know what you think. http://meandbatman.blogspot.com
  3. Stoked on this. Incredibles would be better, but I'd rather see this than another Cars. Also, theres also something to be said for the fact that Pixar wouldn't have green lit if the project they didn't have a really solid story concept pitched out to them. Certain sequels can kind of coast, but this isn't really the kind of story that lends to an easy sequel. I trust Pixar.
  4. Thanks for the quick reply! I was under the impression that Google analytics was mostly for putting ads on your site with Adsense (which I'm not really interested in at this point) Looking into it now...
  5. I'm curious about how many people (in any) look at my website, so I want to get a counter. Any recommendations? It would be cool if it did stuff like tell me what page they came from, where they're from, etc
  6. So, how many people at the show asked for their money back because the F-Bombers didn't play?
  7. Pretty much this exact same thing happened to a friend of mine's sister. She had a 2-year old kid that was beaten to death by her new boyfriend while she was at work. I can't even wrap my head around the kind of person that would do something like that. What was almost equally fucked up was the media. They started calling my friend's cell, they showed up at her house, at her workplace, her grandma's house, to the kid's funeral... all in hopes of getting a statement or whatever. Really classy people.
  8. Saw it. It's pretty fantastic. Hit Girl absolutely steals it. Lots of great action scenes. It's not high art, but it's fun, ya know? Your opinion of Nicolas Cage's character will likely depend on your opinion of Nicolas Cage. Personally, I thought he was a low point, because I think he's a terrible actor. and as for Millar, I can see how people could call some of his creator owned stuff (Kickass, Nemesis, etc.) gimmicky or provocative for the sake of it, but I don't see how anyone could read his Ultimates stuff, or Red Son and call him Overrated.
  9. The thing I always found funny about their image was that, Derek joined years after the band started, but as soon as he joined he set about out-alkaline-trioing alkaline trio, if you catch my meaning. He wore more make-up than anyone and had that weird mohawk comb-over and everything.
  10. It's up on What now, for those who are on that site.
  11. I've been rolling exclusively with Sennheisers the past few years and they've never done me wrong. Wide range of sound, good quality.
  12. "Shut up or I'll stab your eyes out!" "With what? with what?" "WITH MY DICK!! YEAH!! AND THERES NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT!! CAUSE I'M A MAAAAAD MAAAAANNN"
  13. S/T 2000, is that the picture disc, or with an actual sleeve and everything?

Ahh, theres a few there I'd want, but I already have the vast majority of them. Hit me up if you're willing to break up the lot.
  15. "All you can learn is what you already know" was a 7-song EP that was available only in Australia. It was put out just before "So Long Astoria" (right as The Ataris were unabashedly jumping the shark, for those keeping score...). This looks to be a bootleg of that and some other stuff. Also, if there are any Ataris collectors on the board, I have some rare stuff that I'd consider getting rid of. Get at me if there's something in particular (pre-astoria) you're looking for.
  16. If it's really rare and there's another format available to me (an mp3 or whatever) I'll listen to that, while looking at the record sleeve. But most of them I'll listen to like anything else. I'm pretty anal about keeping my records in good shape, even though I don't imagine I'm ever going to sell them.
  17. You'd figure he'd dust himself off and give the crowd an Evel Kinevel thumbs up if he really wanted to look impressive.
  18. I'm about half way through the second video, but one thing that's standing out to me is, it seems like, during the video footage of his spoken word preformence, he's saying one thing (albeit intentionally vauge) and in the interview portion, he completely contradicts it (when saying things like "I broke my foot" or "when I made the first 2 records"). I think he's just stirring this up to make people wonder. It's very interesting, though.
  19. Same here. "Say Rock!" *butt* "Say Roll!" *butt*
  20. Definately an interesting doc, but to me it felt more like an extended interview, spliced with footage, because I don't recall there being interview clips with anyone except Tyson. It might have been better if they explored some different/opposing viewpoints.
  21. I spent about $70 on a Grey Marble copy of Lifetime's "Jersey's Best Dancers" (/100).
