I’ve called them every 2-3 weeks since I originally pre-ordered. They know exactly who I am by now. I did specifically ask this evening if anything else besides the record edition had arrived and I was surprised when they said a couple copies were waiting for me. They also said this first edition won’t show up until Feb, which makes me think I’ll be getting a second press from them and now makes me nervous about getting a 2nd edition. Who knows, lol. Whole new world to me! When I said $100 of stuff, it’s all the POs for this series, so $100 on order, but probably only $10-15 actually in store, I’ll go grab it this week, though the shop is a 45 minute drive from my house.

There were three variants actually. The one mentioned above, a clear with splatter and a clear and orange pinwheel. Stand alone, bundle and then a release day.

Still haven't heard from the original comic book store I went through and have a pull list set up with, I've probably "ordered" or "preordered" $100 worth of comics, but not a single call yet... I may just try and grab everything from midtown unfortunately, especially after hearing so many stories of shops only getting single copies in...

I called midtown today and asked about it. Super nice guy on the phone said they should be getting their shipment on the 29th. I specifically asked if it was 1st press or 2nd press, he said 1st, but I'm also not sure if he understood the different between a press and an issue. So yeah, hoping it is indeed 1st press, 1st issue, lol.

Random question from someone who doesn't collect comics. Is there a way to track all these random covers and crazy editions? The record collector in me wants to see what's out there and also what's coming up. I set up a pull list with a local shop, but it didn't seem like I was guaranteed to get all 5 alternate covers. Just seems so convoluted compared to record collecting, lol
